Abstract:On the basis of optical triangulation principle,formulas for calculating height of the heap of coal are derived and imaging characteristic diagrams of the system are gaven.Finally a rule for correctly selecting focul lengthf of the objective lens and horizontal distance d between the laser beam and the camera are presented.

Abstract:A new-style slideway with"V"type has been built in our research work,and the specimen carriage is kinematically supported on the slideway with five pads.It obeys the theory of dynamics. The structure of the slideway is simple,and the accuracy is ultra-high. The material,structure and characteristics of the slideway has been investigated.The experiments about friction,wear and lubrication of the slideway has been carried out.And the friction factors of the selected material has also been measured. Presented in this paper are structure design of the slideway, selection of material and experimental analysis about friction, wear and lubrication.
Abstract:In this paper,the copper and aluminum alloys are ultrapreciscly machined by the single point diamond tool.The factors,including structure and property of the materials and the surface residual stress which affect the surface quality,such as the reflectivity,form accuracy and the surface micro-roughness,are studied.The optimization of the surface character and the processing are also discussed.
Abstract:In recent years,two dimentional spatial light modulators based on different kinds of theoryies are developed rapidly due to the development of optical information processing and the optical computing. In this paper,a demountable electron-beam-addressed microc-hannel spacial light modulator is reported.The design,principle of operation and primary experimental results are given.
Abstract:Image binarization is done by using an adaptive thresholding which is calculated using invariant moments. Based on the principle of image subtract,moving targets in the field of view are fonud.A projection algorithm and a numbering method is used for calcuting the places of the targets.The main tracked target is determined by the moving speed of the targets. All above mentioned is introduced in this paper in detail except the numbering.And the results of experiments are given.
Abstract:The paper provides a meshing analysis of the contrate harmonic gear drive which can quickly select the optimum transmission scheme and determine the corresponding meshing parameters and structure parameters.After introducing this overall stucture,the paper describes the design ideas of man-machine dialogue and meshing analysis.
Abstract:This paper introduces a method using hardwares to count up the 2-D spatial distribution of measured targets in a frame of image,and using high speed signal processor TMS32010 to calcul- ate and output the place of the targets. The time of calculating the centre of gravity of the targets within whole field of view is 1.3ms. The position error≤1 pixle. It can eliminate or abate the influence caused by spiced salt noise and dynamic sluggishness. It is suitable for automatically tracking and measuring fast targets with high precision.
