Abstract:In this paper,the study of 3-d TV measurement for robot vision system is presented.Discussion of the error of the 3-d TV measurement is the focal point of this paper.

Abstract:An adaptive method for image binarization in real-time composed of asingle chip micro-computer and SRAMs, which are used for histogram accumulator and calculated the thresh-olding value according to the pinciple of“moment-preserving threshold”,is described.Thisinethod performs adaptive image binarization in real-time with the characteristics of fast,good result,simple and low coat,It is suitable for real-time image processing.
Abstract:An automatic method recognizing the front and of a moving object at a speed of videofrequency is described in this paper.After analyzing the motion parameters of the object andcorrecting the quantity of missing target of the object, the precise moving direction of the object is obtained.Then using a oriented vector and object’s address in memory the location ofthe front end of the ouet along the moving direction is searched for a system of automaticrecognizing object composed of a TMS320C25 as a CPU has used to realize this method.Thehardware structune and software flow chart is also given in this paper.

Abstract:A more detailed discuscion of two problems about the narrow dynamic range and seriousnoise of a faint light TV camera is presented in this paper. To ensure the faint light TV camera working perfectly at day and night,multiple links have to be used together,which includeoptical adjustment, automatic control of the high voltage of the intensifier of the faint lightTV camera, and automatic gain contrtol.A median filter is very effective for removing thespiced salt noise of a picture froma faint light TV camera. On certain conditions,some methods are also effective for real-time processing,such as signal delay and superimposition,background light trimming and gain reduction and so on.

Abstract:This article mainly describes the working principle,design and implement of shape center prossor used in a TV tracker. Using a binary image,a high speed TMS320 series digitalsignal processor and a shape center algorithms,the object’s position and dimention is computed in real-time. Meantime the dimention and position of a tracking window,the deviation ofthe odject measured in horizontal and vertical direction are outputed.

Abstract:An algorithm for automatically tracking moving multiple objects that cross in the field of view of a tracking and measuring television system is presented in this paper.This algorithmincludes tracking tactics,a judgement on the overlapped and separated moment of these objects,and the affiration of the correspondence relationship between these object’s images.The least square method is used for calculating the direction of each object’s movement.
Abstract:A method to make a statistics of the edge information of an image is presented in thispaper.This method has realized a smart design of using double-port RAMs and a high speeddigital signal processor to achieve a statistics of feature data,such as the center of gravity,size and aspect ratio,for numbering as many as 1024 objects.
Abstract:A subsystem of a tracking and measuring television system,which performs the functionof communication,panel control, and screen display is reported. This subsystem includes akey board,a mouse,a timing unit,internal and external communication ports and screendesplay. Using a Intel 8098 single chip microcomputer,all of the numbers,Chinese charactors,English letters,patterns and image are displaied on the same screen of a monitor.It iseffective to reduce the cost and convenient for users.

Abstract:The signals output from a sychronizer of a tracking and measuring television system include horizontal and vertical synchronized pulses,effective field of view, electronic cross co-ordinate axis,tracking window and cursor.Three methods for generating above signals is presented in this paper.They are single chip microcomputer method,look up table methodand Generic Array Logic method.The hardware circuits and software lists are also given withcomments on these methods.

Abstract:The real-time output unit(RTOU) of a tracking and measuring television(TMTV)system is described in this paper,with the emphasis on the following problems:Synchronizingand phase-locking between the time base of the TMTV system and a sample pulses from acommand system:correcting the delay of the output data from the RTUO;and Compensatingthe dynamic error caused by the movement of a measured object.

Abstract:This paper discusses the principles of quasi-real time coding compression of SAR images and the realizing method in the project.According to the information theory and featu res of SAR images, three design methods of coding compression are given. The best one has beenchosen,which uses a digital signal processor,hardwares and softwares,The practice showsthat a 2048?2048 SAR image can be coded and compressed within 80 second by thismethod,the compressing ratio is greater than 10,SNR is greater than 35 db meeting the requirements of the project.
