Abstract:Binary optics element(BOE)used in conventioi1al system can provide addition alparamemeters,freedom for material selection in optical design.This thesis mainly studies theimage properties & the methods of design and fabrication :By using two equivalent models,BOE’s primary aberrations are deduced,the reason for the difference of these two models is analyzed;lst order and 3rd order image properties and chromatic aberrations are presented,and the program for the aberration analysis and the prelimenary solutions of refractive-diffractive hybrid system.which satisfies the balance of primary aberrations is accomplished,the resuIts are comsistent with those given by CODE-V;The algorithm and program formask generating are presented,and the mask film is output using laser imager.With the design examples for some typical systems in visible,ultra-violet,infrared band,the applicationsof the BOE and its limitations are discussed in the end.
Abstract:In the ordinary optical imaging system,the object plane,the image Plane and the imagingplane are vertical to the optical axis. In spesial optical system,such as the optical vision imitating system in aeromautic imitating system,the object plane is declined(not vertical to theoptical axis),thus blur the image.In order to imagine clearly,this article illustrate the axiomof object plane,image plane and principal planemeet in one line,and demonstrate this axiomfrom several angle. According to this axiom,deduced the expression of the declined angle ofsingle group and two groups objectives which with correct the declined image,and compilethe real-time control program.

Abstract:This thesis reaserches the elementery character of the soft X-ray propagation from theinterface of two media, gives popular theory of one-order scattering of solft X-ray from interface. so this result can be given,the specular scatterin coefficient should be revised by Debye-waller factor. Being form methods,This paper also gives a dynamic model of total externalreflection from rough surface,and one dimension theory of measuring roughness by soft X-ray scattering. The experiments gives the reflectance ofλ=243Å,256Å soft X-ray refleetedfrom supersmooth sample of Mo and Si;and λ=44.6Å from supersmooth sample of SiO2 plating CsI to CEM extends the measuring wavelength limit of our equipment to even shorter,from 200Å to l0Å. By means of measuring the scattering of SiO2 sample by 44.6Å,tbeanormalous reflection of soft X-ray can be observed,and the sample roughress can be abtained.Finally,the thesis gives the theory and design method of kumakhov lens briefly.
Abstract:The rate equation theory is used to study the basic equations of super pulse operation of CO2 laser,super pulse characteristics of a fast-axial-flow CO2 laser and a sealed-off CO2 laseris simulated and the factors concerned is discussed.Acontrol power for super pulse operationof CO2Iaser is designed,which can producc fast discharge and high power density,By meansof electronic modulation,super pulse operation of a fast-axial-rlow CO2laser and a sealed-off CO2laser is achieved in the experiment.On the basis of researching and analysing the relativefactors,optimal operational conditions for above lasers are determined.The diffcrences be-tween a fast-axial-flow CO2laser and a sealed-off CO2 laser in super pulse characteristiocs arecompared.The experimental results are in agreement wigh the the oretical predictions.

Abstract:This thesis describes the microcomputer control of real-time image's laser engraving.Hardware and software's design to drive and control video frame capture,laser Q-switch,viberation mirror and step-by-step motor is provided.The factors to affect engraving accuaracyare analysed in preliminary.In this system,image and label can be engraved timely and flexi-bility on various workpiece.

Abstract:Theory and structure of intracavity doubling,diode-pumped graeen laser are discussed.the former is theory. First,the laser threshold and slope efficiency are discussed.when beamof laser diode pumped is smaller in laser crystal,optical density is higher, laser threshold islower and slope efficiency is higher;Second,mechanism with intracavity to enhance IR-Green conversion efficiency is analyzed.In fundamental enhanced mode,the higher mirror re-flected to fundamental wave is,the bigger multiplicity of fundamental wave and the higherconversion efficiency are. Third,″Green Problem″in intracavity doubling Nd:YAG laser isanalyzed.Intracavity doubling Nd:YAG exhibit amplitude fluctuations driven by a combina-tion of sum frequency between orthogonally polarized modes and nonlinear cross saturationproperties beacause of spatial hole burning. The Poincare map is used to diagrammatized chaos behavior in green laser. Some schemes how to overcome″Green Problem″and to obtainstable green light output are designed finally. The latter is laser designed . First,because emission distribution is a ellipsoid cone,a transmission system of LD beam is designed specially. Second, In order to reduce loss in cavity,a plano-convex cavity on which mirror is deposited directly is determined.YAG-KPT and YVO4-KTP green laser are studied at last.Single transverse mode is easier to gain in YVO4-KTP green laser than that of YAG-KTPlaser. Abstract:After a breif description of the principle about three line optoelectronic scanning digital photogrammetric system and its structure, the principal parameter of the system, includingthe optical system′s parammeter have been studied in detail;The used opical system satisfying the technique requirements is designed;An efficient mathmatical model suitable for combined point determination has been discussed,and stable solution method has been obtained;Finally,stereo image display technology has been investigated.
Abstract:This paper intruduce the basic theory and development of electronic halfton.Based onvolumes of information,several typical halfton methods were choosed and finished by softwares and some of the algorithms were improved.Compared with each other,different kindsof electronic halfton methods were deeply discussed by their features and applied rangers.Finally,we have designed a hardware of halfton algorithms for the demand of scanner.The result is that we can apply real-time halfton process to the gray-scale images.
Abstract:Basing on the principle of micro-displacement of piezoelectric ceramic,Author have donethe research work on. the precise actuator technique,which is used for precise positioningworkpiece stage. One is to actuate the fine stage of the workpiece stage,the other is to compensate the error of the straightness of the sliding guide. Author designs a principal and subordinate controlling system. The whole system includes a ajustable high precise power,piezoelectric micro-displacement actuator,a grating interferometer acting as the feedback element, and a controlling system organized by IBM-PC computer and several 803l microcontroller.
Abstract:The first part of the thesis gives a description in detail about the recent situation and development in this field,the character of the supersmooth X-ray/EUV optical elements forsynchrotron radication photoemission experiments,sums up the fabrication method and testing technology at present.The second part of this thesis describes the research which authorhas been engaged in on the fabrication and testing of the supersmooth toroidal mirror.According to the use of the toroidal mirror in beam line 4B9B at BEPC, We know that the main technology parameter of the toroidal mirror we produced is superior to that of the same product made in U.S.A.

Abstract:The characteristics of a multichannel spectrometer with silicon photododiode linear arraydetector are discussed and experimentally evalutaed.The adhutment of the visible/near infrared flat focal plane polychrometer,circuit dsign of silicon array detector driver and trigger,development of microcomputer interface and software are accomplished,and the following as-pects are discussed:The central wavelengths of the various spectral bands, spectral band-width and spectral range of the muItichannel spectrometer are calibrated,the calibration er-ror,spectral resolution and radiation response are analyzed and discussed;Spectral radiationcalibration is accomplished,the relationship between digital response of detector elements andinput irradiance are established accoreing to spectral irradiance standard,dynmic range of theinstrument,radiation calibration error and response ununiformity of silicon array detector.

By analysing the relation between the dimensions of the permanent magnetized body of the radial passive magnetic bearing and theradial stiffness using computer,the relative curves are given out in the end,this paper theoretically analyses the radial stability,axial stability and cross-axis stability of the magneticbearincg system.
Abstract:This paper discusses the key problem of measurement accuracy in a precise photo electronic measurement system with large field of view,and high accurate geometric calibrationmethod in the system. The highlight is put on the approches of compensating the geometricdistortion of optical system with the analytic method using computer,in order to obtain ahigh accuracy. The major problemes studied are sa follows:the analysis of the basic photogrammetry method and study of distortion calibration and camera calibration;the mathematic model of to camera calibrtion and distortion;the method of calibrating the camera;themethod of analyzing the calibration results;the computer emulation experiment and the analysis of the results.
Abstract:In this dissertation,our object of study is a novel system for measuring the volume of alarge area object.This measuring system is based on the principle of optical triangulation toobtain distance information .Its position sensor is linear CCD,its display and control centreis microcomputer. This instrument can measure the object rapidly with reaI time displayingand out putting the results. The imaging characteristics of optic system is discussed in detialand the design of hardware and software for the control system is given. The measuring re.sults show that operation of the system is normal,and the accuracy of measurement is within 2%. The measuring error is also analyzed mathemaically at the end of the paper.
Abstract:his paper discusses the principle of the spectroscopic end point detection, the applications of lock-in amplifier in detection for the technology progress of PIE and RIE, and detailed discusses the principle of the switched-capacitor filter. And in the structure of circuit,we designed the lock-in amplifier with the track switched-capacitor filters,the result is to improve the system dynamic range.
