Abstract:A method is presented for assembly modeling of modular fixture with object orient(O-O)technology. The general O-O model is introduced. The objects and their relationships in modular fixture assembly design are analyzed, and the static structure of classes and the definition of some typical fixture classes are given. Finally, the advantages of O-O model over conventional tree/graph model are discussed, and an example of fixture assembly are developed with Pro/E.
Abstract:Aiming at the main mirror of certain space camera, the paper analyzes the effect of several structural forms of lightweight hole on dynamic and static rigidity of mirror itself. According to processing method of optical instruments, CAD technology is adopted to set up FEM model of mirror body and then the best structural form of lightweight hole in mirror is optimized.

Abstract:Space remote-sensor directly faces space thermal vacuum environment, so its thermal design is very complicated. As one of its important subsystem, CCD component subsystem's thermal design determines the image quality to some extent. Heat path and thermal engineering design of CCD component subsystem were presented in this paper. As the most important parts of this theraml design, design calculation and radiation capability of heatpipe radiator were discussed in this paper. Finally, the thermal component was put into all the thermal FEM model, which was proved that the design is good.
Abstract:It is difficult to meet the requirement of molding high precision optics plastic lens because the experience play an important role in the traditional plastic mold design and molding process. The dynamic process of injection and holding for optical plastic lenses is simulated by means of CAD/CAE technology. The effect of pressure, temperature and cycle on the surface figure of the lenses during injection and holding process is discussed.
Abstract:Annealing treatment is a key process to manufacturing a piece of fine glass. Special treatment should be done for the plate glass used in a space optical instrument because of its thermal property and thermal control. Finite element method is employed to calculate the temperature field and thermal deformation during annealing treatment of a film-plated glass. The proposal is to find a set of feasible parameters to anneal the glass.

Abstract:Thermal equilibrium experiment is an important experiment item in developing space optical remote sensors. It is essential to create a ground simulative environment which is required to be equivalent with that of actual space high vacuum and ultra-lower temperature. In term of experiment requirements of space optical remote sensors, the thermal equilibrium experiment will be implemented under the condition of simulation in connection with space vacuum, orbit external thermal flux, and thermal boundary. It is concerned with orbit parameters, structures, properties of material and its surface, calculation of orbit external thermal flux, simulation of orbit external thermal flux, space vacuum, thermal boundary status, thermal computation, and thermal design, etc. On the basis of research on above factors, a sort of device of thermal equilibrium experiment of space optical remote sensors is schemed out and presented, meanwhile, its structure design is made employing software AutoCAD. Consequently, the conformation, characteristics and design method of this device are described.
Abstract:A general calculating method of optical character of optical thin films,namely characteristic matrix method is stated concisely. By taking the method of inverse operation and the computer-aided technique, the testing of thickness of optical thin films is completed firstly in China. Meanwhile, this method is also applied to the process of this coated film. The related computing formula and the programming flow chart are introduced and the experimental data is also depicted. The conclusion from our demonstration metioned above is given at last.

Abstract:Mass data in thermal environment experiment should be real-time stored and processed because it is very important to record and analyze the temperature data. A software of temperature-measuring and data-analysis is developed on Windows98 using Visual C++6.0. The process and principle of measuring temperature, the environment of the software development, and the function and structure of the software are described. The real-time storing data, real-time display, visualizing data by using graphic, and using of multimedia in safety control field are realized. As a result, the software is applied to thermal environment experiment of subassembly with good effect.
Abstract:Image classification is a scheme of adaptive image coding [1] proposed a vector scalar classification for the ordinary image adaptive coding, which is characterized by both less encoded side information and highly efficient coding. However, we found that it is not apparently efficient for the original VSC to be applied to satellite image coding. According to the characteristics of both the affluent edge information and the high frequent component in satellite images, the novel strategy based on [1] for partitioning frequent component was proposed, which has improved clustering efficiency. The coding efficiency is justified clearly in the classification by our simulation experiment through C++ program. The new method can be widely applied to both the adaptive coding and high bit rate coder design for satellite images.
Abstract:A new image fusion method is presented based on wavelet transform. In this method the original image is transformed into bright sub-image and edge sub-image by wavelet transform. Each sub-image is divided into sub-clocks, and fusion coefficient is computed according to local area square error rule, and data fusion is processed to each sub-clocks, then fusion image is reconstructed. Experimental results show that this method is consistent with image fusion.

Because the software is complex, development period is long, and programmer is exchanged, the programming and maintenance of the software system are very hard. The combination technology, creation technology and OOP technology are used. The development period is shorten and maintenance is simple.
Abstract:Based on the functions of ad hoc and query-driven system, the essentials-five constraints for multidimension data mining are discussed. The constraints and the association rules are interpreted using an example of data mining query, and it is expressed with DMQL. Association rules handling is discussed. It produces efficient data mining that dimension/level and rule constraints are used together in mining association rules. It is interesting whether a rule constraint can be pushed deeply into the hierarchy to facilitate mining at the current level of abstraction and deeper levels. In the end, this paper provides a OLAM architecture, its composition, function and benefits are presented.
Abstract:This paper introduces simply the composition and function of the centralized manageable message accounting system of public telephone. The system consists of the centralized management center and the centralized manageable message accounting devices. Between the center and the devices, the duplex communication links are created through the public switched telephone network, thus the remote management for the devices is realized. It describes the structure of the message accounting device. We design the special interface circuit between the message accounting device and the telephone wire. A piece of completely theoretical basis is presented in order to resolve the software design emphasis of the accounting device, such as the procedure design of off-hook and on hook and dialing pulse recognition.
Abstract:A kind of new design method about audiostimulator was introduced. This audiostimulator can provide short tone burst, single sine wave, continuous puretone, click, etc. To contrast with other old type audiostimulators, this audiostimulator has a standard RS232 interface and it can communicate with the system computer. This audiostimulator can be used by itself or by system computer. If it works with system computer, we can control it to choose sound signal type by system software. On the other hand, this apparatus can be easily developed into a common signal generator by some software changed.

Abstract:In software engineering, object-oriented programming method, as a sort of practical and effective approach of software exploiting, has already been used widely by software exploiting personnel, since it has a lot of unique virtue. This article studies and discusses respectively the basic composing portion of object-oriented programming method, including object-oriented analysis(OOA), object-oriented design(OOD)and object-oriented program(OOP), with the point of view of software engineering,and systematically sets forth the current process and basic method of oriented object programming method. C++, the typical object-oriented programming language, is used as an example here. By introducing and analyzing the important features of C++ language, the class, the polymorphism and the inheritance, the basic frame of the C++ programming language is set out. But it has a series of problems that need settling up, so it hasn't got the most popular practice until the problems are solved.

Abstract:It is a hard and complicated task to build a database for a great data processing system. Executing software engineering in the database design is an important method of database design. According to the common rule and method of software engineering, the problems which should be considered in the database engineering design have been analyzed combined with the characteristics and requirement of database system. And then, the requirements for building data schema have been suggested. Abstract:Archival information on network has become a trend today. An important problem of sofety and security faced the network archival information is discussed. Safety leaks of archives information during being transmitted on network are also analyzed. Meanwhile, the main prevention measures and cautions for network archival information are presented. Moreover, this paper focuses on encryption technology for archival information on network to supply a basic frame for establishing a complete safety system of network archival information and give a reference to networking engineering of archives information.
