Abstract:This paper describes a method to analyse overall accuracy on aerost-atic slideways affected by some factors. Working equation of the aerostatic slideways and precision theroy of fine mechanics are used to derive a series of aerostatic slideway calcula-ting equations. It also presents the view of accuracy of multiple and div-ision.
Abstract:In this paper, the light absorption of glass in SiO2-BaO-La2O3-RmOn system has been investigated systematically. By choosing various SiO2/B2O3 proportional value and introducing a suitable content of Nb2O25 glass with good transmission in violet spectrum and high stability from crystallization was obtained.
Abstract:In this paper the effect of technological factors (melting atmosphere fusion temperature melting time temperature drop speed and annealing temperature etc) on optical absorption of LaF 744/449 glass has been stu-died. Using these method, a LaF 744/449 glass with low light absorption has been obtained.

Abstract:We discuss the system error of the collimating lens in the unequal-path Twyman interferometer from the point of view of the wavefront deformed travel. The system error of the collimating lens is propertional to the difference between the two optical arm-lengths in the interferom-eter and to the square of the wave aberration of the collimating lens.
Abstract:On the basis of electric potential aistribution in deflection system and taking account of axial electric field in deflection system deflection sensitive analytic formulae are derived from electron motion equation for inclination deflection plate and trumpet-type defletion system.The anal-ytic formulae are more accurate than conventional formulae. Finally the formulae are discussed.
Abstract:This paper investigates the problem of walking of quadruped walking robot in all position and direction. A designing method of a stable and realizable gait of walking robot in all position and direction has been given. The boundary of realizable stride length λ=√m2+n2 and angle a between the motion direction and y-axis of frame coordinates system has been calculated by computer.
Abstract:The morphology and quantitative analysis of the mechanisms in Alu-minium Alloy LY12 during superplastic deformation were investiga-ted by means of SEM and optical microscope. The experimental results indicate that the mechamisms of superplastic deformation of LY12Al Al-loy in superplastic region Ⅱ are that theegrain boundary sliding (GBS) which devotes about 40-70% to total strain is the main mechanism and the diffusion creep(DC)and the dislocation slip(DIS) are accommodation mechanisms.As for superplastic region Ⅲ, DIS devotes 60% or more to the total strain, and is the main deformation mechanism.

Abstract:A method using usual instrument of AES to driectly analyse thin optical medium film has been presented. The main work to do this is to set up a series of methods of getting sample, exiting sample and making standard sample. An example for determining the rate of Ta. Ti content in the TiO2-Ta2O5 mixing film has been given.
