Abstract:In this paper some structural information of rare earth oxide containrng glasses obtarned on the base of measurement of their Raman spectra is presented.On the basis of calculalion the Raman spectra of BSO-YO1.5-SIO2 and BaO-LaO1.5-SiO2 glasses can be divided into four individual bands in the high frequency region(800-1200cm-1).The variation of peak intensity of the band has verified that the quantitates of ≡SiO, =SiO2 and SiO4 units in the structure altere with the change of composition.
Abstract:In this paper,We deduced the coefficients of wave front aberration for plane symmetric grating system combined with in more kinds of sur- face figure(toroid,Parabaloid,ellipsoid etc),according to Micheal P. Chrisp's wave front aberration thory of holographic toroidal grating system and have worked out the calculation programs with respect to the coefficients.We have also done calculations for several Plane grating mono- chrometers.It has shown that the method is very effective for design and analysis of these system.
Abstract:This paper introduces a scheme for time-resolved fluorescence spect- rum measurement in which ps time resolution streak camera is used as the main measuring device actively mode-locked Ar+ laser as the excitation source.The effective collection of light signals has been discussed. The error sources and their amount in every experimental link have been analysed.Then the experimental results have been given and compared with the typical published data.This scheme has been proved to be precise and practical.
Abstract:In this paper a method.for measuring laser frequency stability by Tp-801 single board computer fast promptly and precisely iS discussed. The setup used in this experiment and the measurement results of laser short-term frequency stability by using the setup are also described concisely.
Abstract:Based on practical requirements for improving the image quality of ao optical instrument,it is demonstrated that the reflection of the cemen- ted surface of the combination lens in an optical system is an important factor of producuing the stray light and influencing the image quality. A new idea that anti-reflection film should be applied to the cemented surface of a combination lens is put out in the article The calculating formula for the total reflection of the cemented surface is derived.The cemented surface reflection of three types of cemented lenses are analysized.The calculations show that the cemented surface reflection is related to the index difference of two leuses having been cemented and the index difference of the glue layer and two lenses having been cemented.The greater the diffrence is,the more seriously the cemented surface reflects.The reflective ratio is 0.1%-1.1%;the cemented surface with anti-reflective film could effectively decrease the reflection,at least by 2 orders of magnitude. Design examples of cemented surface coating and some experimental data are also given.The results are identical with the theoretical calcul alions. Finally,it is put out that the traditional design and working technique of lens cemented surfaces without being coated should be changed. At least the cemented surface with great index difference should be coated with anti-reflective film.This is more important for the optical systems which are complicated,and whose image quality requirments are strict.
Abstract:A high precision equipment for VUV reflectivity measurement has been developed.It consists of Seya-Namioka concave grating VUV mono- chromator,wall-stabilized aegon are VUV source,capillary discharge VUV source,and high precision VUV reflectometer. The reflectivity of some ssmple,such as mirrors coated with Al4-MgF2 film and SiC mirrors prepared by CVD method,was investigated at the spectral range from 50nm to 300nm. The comparison between theoritical and experimental results is present.

Abstract:A micropositioning flex stage and its computer closed-loop control system have been developed for microfabrication and micromeasurement. It is desinged that only a single table moves on an X-Y plane.The stage is driven by on electrostrictive positioner. Positioning of the stage is carried out with a closed-loop control system using a double frequency laser interferometer measurement device. A±0.03μm positioning accuracy,repeatability,and 64 ms move time for a±3μm step is achieved.
Abstract:A design criterion is proposed in this paper in order not to affect the attitude of the satellite during the spreading of the array.The criterion is to make angular momentum of the relative motion zero,based on the dynamical equations to the attitude of the satellite under gravitational force. Solar cell arrays of two kinds the single and the double sides,are designed accordingly. Theoretical calculations indicate that such structures can keep the attsitude of the satellite stabilized.
Abstract:This paper describes a type of digital TV tracking window controled by Iight pen for practical applications.At first the functions of TV tarcking Window in TV tracking system,type of TV tracking window,the difference between automatic Window and hand window,and the structure principle of digital tracking window with side-frame have been given.Then the light Pen control of TV tracking window,including the principles of light pen structure,positioning,circuit structure and operation principle of tracking window position controled by light pen and some cautions in the use of light pen are described.
