Abstract:This article describes the test method of various aberrations usirg mult-ifunction interferometer for microscope objective.We have measured various kinds of objectives made at home and abroad.The wave aberration on-axis is<λ/4,but the wave aberrations at the full view field are∽λ/2 and 3λ for plane and non-plane apochromatic objective respectively.Wave aberration is a good quality criterion availablet for optical design.White light OTF is a good image guality criterion for image evaluation.  
Abstract:The design feature of an optical system used for CCD star tracker are expounded.The accordances used to determine parameters are given.The changes of the point-spread function are shown with an example of design.  
Abstract:In this paper a method called guiding-tracing method is introduced in which a detector is guided by a outside reflection image traced by the dectector.By this method,optical measurement system can be regulated automatically.When the measurement system is adjusted to symmetry optical system,the exact position of the minimum deviation angle can be traced by the detector and the minimum deviation angle as well as the refractive index of a sample can be measured automatically.

Abstract:In this paper the method of dynamjc character analysis for Electro-Optical Theodolite based on modal synthetic technique has been discussed. In view of integration of mechanical and electrical product, the point focuses on the foundation and assembly of modal equations for dynamical subfstructures,connectors and servo controller of E-O Theodolite.simulation and analysis can be carried out by means of CAD workstation.  
Abstract:In this paper three new methods of spectral startdard sample preparation of the optical thin film are proposed by direct spectral analysis of condue-tive Al-Mg alloy thin film,non-conductive TiO2-Ta2O5 thin film and semi-conductive ZnSe optical thin film composition. On the basis of studing systematical measuring error and dischange mechanism three new views of optical thinfilm composition analysis and normal spectral analysis versue different startdard samples are put forward.  
Abstract:This paper deseribes the optical design of a microscope objective with magnification 25? and large field.The objective whose N.A reaehes 0.65 is characteristic of flat field,telecentricity and apochromatism. In the design no special material such as CaF2 is used.  
Abstract:In this paper a glass with high refractive index and low dispertion has been investigated.The glass composition which we obtained is free of ThO2 and can be melted in 3L platinum pot.Glass products with good quality were obtained.  
Abstract:This paper expouuds error management of the composition analysis of the aluminium-magnesium alloy film by high-frequency small spark emission spectral method.The correct eoefficieut is obtained by contrast to ICP-AES.Conviction and precision of the method are examined from mathematical staristics.  
Abstract:The influence of feed-back magnetic field on barrel error of slender rods in turning is reported in this paper.It is discovered that the feed-back magnetic field can reduce barrel error of slender rods obviotusly. It increases the amplification of the amplidyne in the feed-back system and the feed-back mag-netic field is suitable for thin rods turning.The effeet and characteristic of feed-back and starionary magnetic field arc properly compared.  
Abstract:This paper has represented a resesrch on the natural logarithm stress and strain-rate during superplastical deformation of the comercial Alltumin-ium Alloy LYl2. On the basis of measuring the activation energy of the alloy during the superplastical deformation the mechanisms of the alloy during the superpla-stical deformation was expounded from the point of energy.The results have showed that.the diffnsion in the surfaces of crystal boundary controlls the superplastical deformation in the superplastical Ⅱ regiorn and the diffusion in the body of crystal grains controlls the deformation in the superplastical Ⅲ region. The alove results are confirmed by SEM.  
Abstract:A simple and conveient method of distribution analysis of elements coneentration in alloy surface is developed. Distributions of copper, silvel and magnesium in the aluminium alloy surface are determined by spark emission spectrometry with the moving electrode,and scaning and exciting the samples in moving.
