Abstract:Concept design of a remote-sensing camera is described according to the CAD technique. Its design method and application in optical syst- em, mechanical structure and complex components in a CCD remote-sensing camera, by showing various wireframes and shading pictures, are presented. A reasonable design of a camera truss structure is analyzed and a practical model of the CCD remote-sensing camera is given.
Abstract:In order to meet the tight design requirement of space remotesensing camera it is necessary to investigate the complex variation of the- concentricity and optical path difference in the optical system due to temperature, gravitation and random excitation. Different schemes of the camera structures have been analysed and compared by means of Computer-Aided Engineering Analyses. Displacements and deformations of the camera structure, due to the effects of temperature and gravitation, have been calculated separately and the variation of the concentricity and optical path difference in the optical system is given. The dynamic response RMS under random excitation spectrum is estimated. By several design-analysis iteration the optimum scheme and structure have-been obtained.
Abstract:This paper describes a simulation design method which is based on the background of overall opto-mechanical design and uses available Thermal Analysis Program (TAP), Structural Analysis Program (SAP) and Optical Design Program (ODP). A software package based on the integraty principle is developed, by which the performance of opto-mechanical systems with the effects of thermal and mechanical load can be predicted.

Abstract:This paper deals with the necessity and feasibility of shoe's computer aided design and processing. The related configuration and functions of the computer system have been mentioned and technological implement scheme has been discussed in detail. The analysis on economical and social benefits has also been estimated. It shows that in order to meet the increasing need the S-CADM system should be repidly equipped with at the available manufacturers.
Abstract:This system supported by the general drawing program S-7k is carried out at Apllo DN3000 work-station. By means of space cttrve and curved-surface fitting, the 3D shoe pattern and upper are constructed in the shoe tree model space interactively. Varied vamps can be picked up from shoe pattern library and then be put together on the surface of shoe tree. Based on such a way the shoe style design can be corupleted and the 3D shoe pattern picture can also be generated.
Abstract:Macroscopic process of shoe's 3D design and 2D deploying, by means of CAD,has been described, and the 3D shoe core and its deploying are depicted in detail. Some other development methods for shoe patch or both core and patch have also been introduced briefly.
Abstract:By means of some examples of particular vamps and soles, the CAD nesting technology of shoe pattern in the S-CADM system is introduced. The principle and practical methods of the process, including the establishment and retrieve of the data library for the figures of raw material and uppers, the manual and semi-auto nesting and the estimations of nesting rate, are described.

Abstract:China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute (CAPDI) had introduced a CAD software from Auto-trol Corporation in USA by the end of 1986.According to the work properties of CAPDI some application software packages, such as Mechanical Design, S7K Chinese Characters, Power Lighting, Architecture, HVAC etc., have been developed in succession since 1986. So far the software packages have played an important role in these special design fields. It is necessary to redevelop this foreign CAD technology for our application to the non-standard equipment. During this process the common parts usually found in mechanical design have been concluded and summarised. By using the Application Interface (AI) of S7K supporting-software the Mechanical Design Software has been organically added into S7K, which contains the Standards of China Mechanical Design and Chinese Characters. Because these application softwares developed are used for professional jobs they are convenient to use and easy to learn. It not only greatly increases the working efficiency, but also powerfully ensures the design quality.
