Abstract:This paper proposes a new method for accurate determining the grooves of the PHG during manufacturing. It presents a way to obtain the straight line grooves using spherical wave and discusses the accuracy of the grating spaces of the PHG. The results show that the testing accuracy of the grating space and the linearity of the grooves will be greatly improved using this method.
Abstract:A scalar model which can describe high level scattering was set up by scalar scattering theory under the condition of σ/λ=1. The unity between the scalar and the vector relation was discussed on the lower scattering level and some applicable relations for soft X-ray scattering from supersmoothed surface were presented.
Abstract:A new method for measuring the modulation and the D. C lavel shifting rate of a grating disc is proposed in this paper. The values of the D. C level and the modulation are given by collecting sample data of Moire signals and digital processing, without requirement of additional equipment. Some of the work is carried out by software, rather than hardware and manual work. The whole work can be digitally finished quickly and automatically. Besides, the quality of the signals can be improved by the digital processing of the microcomputer and thus the high Accuracy can be obtained.
Abstract:The contrate harmonic gear drive has different characteristics from the radial harmonic gear drive, such as the axial deformation in contrate harmonic drive produces the contrate flexspline deformation and thus produces the relative movement by meshing with the contrate circular spline. The depth of engaging and the mashing backlash are the quality index for analyzing and evaluating its meshing performance. The nominal pressure angle, deformation regulation and the deformative value of contrate flexspline are the main factors effecting on the depth of engaging and meshing backlash. This paper analyzes the effects of the nominal pressure angle and the maximum deformation upon the depth of eng aging and meshing backlash using an established method of meshing analysis and calculation and drawings made by computer and then obtains some useful conclusions. It provides the basis for choicing the suitable meshing and structural parameters for contrate harmonic gear drive.
Abstract:The mathematical model of E-O Theodolite driving unit and load construction is deduced from the basical mechanics point of view, and the results proved to be well coinsided with the experiment. The concepts of composite frequency and anti-resonance peak are also provided in this paper.
Abstract:The deflection control of the tube used for the New 2.3m Australian Technologies Telescope is introduced. It is the purpose to keep the relative correct position between primary and second- ary mirrors when the optical axis is pointed to any object. All the deflection calculations for the component parts of tube-center ring, primary truss, secondary truss, top-end ring, and strusts are given by the classical mechanics of materials when the optical axis points to the two positions of zenith and horizon. Then the optimum configuration of the primary truss is given to simultaneously annul both the axial and lateral deflection of the primary mirror with respect to the secondary mirror.
Abstract:The dynamic and control equation obtained in this paper possesses a direct and obvious meaning and yields good, result with the emphasis on the complex constraint relations. The Gear method is suggested for the solution of such complicated Stiff-type equation, Non-linear trouble due to medium track curvature is carefully studed.The problem of transformation between two kinds of spacial track center line parameter equations is also treated.

Abstract:The vibro-cutting as a new method of machining has attracted increasing attention and has been successfully used for precise and ultraprecise cutting in the United States and Japan. A precise vibro-threading device on the lathe for use in threading female screw with small dimension developped by the author in terms of the principle of ultrasonic vibration has been introduced in this article. It is verifiable that this device is efficient for improving the accuracy and roughnees of the surface of the thread.
Abstract:An on-line data sampling and processing system for Fourier Spectrometer was developed by means of the principle of Fourier Spectroscopy, The intelligent data sampler collects the interferogram data in the system and the spectrum data processing system, equipped with an IBM-PC/XT microcomputer with a software package of the interferogram processing and transfering into spectrograph, processes the interferogram and then transfers it to spectrograph to get correct spectrograph.

Abstract:This paper discribed a spectrum/time resolution measurement system combined with a Boxcar integrator and a grating monoch- rowator controlled by a microcomputer. The result shows that this system not only can measure 3-D wave-time-intensity(W-T-I) and 2-D, such as wave-intensity (W-I), time-intensity (T-I), but also can restore a week narrow pulse which was submerged by noise. Under the management of data station the measured data can be processed and drawn either on-line or off-line.
