Abstract:In this paper a basic formula for calculating the infrared radiation heating and several simple formulas for practical applications were given by means of combining infrared radiation heating with the heat engineering. The calculation method of mean surface heat interchange coefficient of a product and the radiant interchange between the surface of the product and its surroundings were given too.
Abstract:VUV Hollow Cathode Source is a stable gaseous discharge source.The operating characteristics of the source and it's spect- ral output with various gases, such as He, Ne, Ar, N2, H2, and CO, are presented.The discharge current varies between 100 mA and 400 mA and the operating pressure varies between 10 torr and 0.01 torr. The source can product rich atomic and ionic lines between 20 nm and 200 nm. The stability of spectral radiation is better than ?1%/1hour.
Abstract:Although the cycloidal gear has much merits the pure cycloidal gear is less used in practice and the modified one is widely employed.The modified cycloidal gear contains the watch and clock gear,the gear with double circular are teeth and the lantern pinic nmeshing with the modified cycloidal wheel. This paper describes the methods of their geometrical calculations.
Abstract:The design and fabrication of an infrared Acousto Optical Tunable Filter (AOTF) are reported in this paper. The tuning range of the filter is about 1.2~3.0μm, the passband width at 2.1μm is 40Å. The properties of the filter are measured and discussed.

Abstract:In this paper,the thinking and methods of engineering analysis and simulation for dynamical transmission behaviour of space gear system with solid lubricant membrane are introduced briefly. Especially, comprehensive analysis for special dynamical problems of space gear system is carried out by means of CAE, and the results of dynamical analysis and its behaviour of gear system are presented. Finally, the fureher developing considerations CAE for gear system are also discussed.
Abstract:This paper describes the principle of the dynamic down-dimensional measurement of small displacements and introduces a measuring method which adopts one chip linear CCD and uses a single chip microcomputer controller. The method is used for down-dimensional measurement of the picture flutter in the film projector.
Abstract:In this paper the way of how to use the concept design tech- nique to complete a benchmark presented by Shanghai Mechine Tool Factory to MISC. US is stated. The main tasks of the ben- chmark is: 1. to complete the solid modeling required by benchmark, 2. to check the interference between the parts, 3. to complete the drawings from the solid modeling. The concept design results of the benchmark is shown with a lot of figures and shading pictures. It indicates that the tasks re- quired by benchmark can be finished more successfully if the co- ncept design technique is used correctly.
