Abstract:The results from FT—IR and Raman Spectroscopy proved that the glass structures of Mg(PO3)2—A1F3—PbF2 ternary system in the high content of phosphate are metaphosphate structures. The structure networks are basically composed of[O = PO3/2] tetrahedra chains. With increasing the content of PbF2 the chains begin to break, and in the region of middle content of phosphate the main structures are [Al(O,F)4] and [P(O,F)4]tetrahedra and pyrophosphate. When the ratio of[Al(O, F)4] and[P(O,F)4]is equal to 1:1, the glass could not be formed.
Abstract:This paper for the first time studied the structure of the Nioboborate glass melts in theNb2O5—B2O3—K2Osystem by high temperature IR spectra. The structure model of the glass melts and glass was established.

Abstract:This paper describes a method for the homogeneity measurement of optical material which is free from the system errors and the sample geometrical errors. Using a microcomputer the variations of the refractive index and the thickness apart from a linear slop can be measured accurately by means of analyzing and processing four interferograms. Measurement results of two pieces of glass are given with the accuracy analysis.It shows the accuracy is 0.0000004 for a 2.5 cm thick sample.

Abstract:Luminous intensity or radiance intensity of flyers is very important phsical parameter for the system signal to noise ratio when they are detected or tracked by a optical system. The reflection luminous intensity depands on the illumiance of incident light the shape and the surface reflectance of flyer, the geometrical relation between the directions of sight and incident light. The calculations for reflection luminous intensities of plane, sphere, cylinder and circular cone are given in this paper. Then, the reflection luminous intensity of a rocket is calculated with above results.

Abstract:Zoom lens for measument televesion system is different from the ordinary. It is needed for a real-time output equipment of focal distance. In this paper, basic construction of zoom lens and principle of the focal distance output circuit are briefly described. We analyses mainly relations between the focal distance output and the measument accuracy, finding that the measument error distrabution at different focal distance varies with the convex wheel curve of zoom lens.
