Abstract:Polychromator is the key part in the imaging spectromator. The main properties, such as stray light, flatness of the focus plane, image quality and dispersion of a polychromator, which was made by Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, were measured. The results were discussed according to the usage.
Abstract:This paper described several methods for producing the conductive photocathode substrate of the streak tube. The performances of each kind of substrates were analyzed and compared.

Abstract:The optimum conditions for monitoring grooves and configurations of the photoresist grating masks are obtained by the observation of the negative first-order diffraction efficiency during development. This technique can be used for fabricating various waveguide gratings for integrated optics.
Abstract:In this paper a method of improving the measurement accuracy of the V-prism refractometer was presented and the error sources were analyzed with the measured data. With this method the refractive index under the standard conditions will be obtained by the measurement under the no-standard conditions, with accuracy 1?10-5, without revision.
Abstract:The instrument for testing flying characters of the magnetic discs and heads is a specialized equipment used to test the surface characters of the magnetic discs and flying characters and gaps of the heads. The fine axial system with air static pressure is the main component in it. This paper described structural design and static and dynamic characteristic expriments in detail, which proved the reasonableness of the design and the validity of the calculation by theoretical and experimental comparison. Especially the theoretical and expermental models for angle stiffness of the system was established, which provided the fundament for Lhe angle stiffness investigation.
Abstract:The mechanism on scoring failure of the high speed gear with solid lubricant film is discussed in this paper, including the analysis of the sensitive factors. The paper also presents some technical skills and methods to improve the anti-scoring capability of the gear.

Abstract:In this paper the basic working principle of Control circuit of laser detecting device for impurities in injection liquor is presented.This control circuit adopts the unified program both for position and time control, Results of practice show that this circuit can control the position accurately and the time reasonably, thus providing a kind of reliable control method for automatic detecting devices.
