Abstract:VU-V reflectometer and poIarizer have been developed and VUV measurement equipment for mirror reflectance and grating efficiency has been established, VUV mirror reflectance for four kinds of samples such as Al,Al+mgF2,Au,Pt made under dif f erent technology condition and grating efficiency were measured at this equipment, By means of computer best fitting technique film optical constant was evaluated from the reflectance and the polarizition degree and compared with the data publfished abroad.
Abstract:The effect of the center error and tilt of the components in zoom system upon transvFerse image displacement is analyzed in this paper,and a method is presented to reduce the transverse image displacement,by choosing the reference point and controlling the center error.

Abstract:Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting (UVC) is a new finish machining met hod but it is not certain if UVC is able to suppress the cutting chatter, This paper presents a special test equipment which can be used to study the characteristics in suppressing chatter and also presents the results of paranneter identifying in the direction of chief vibrating modality, The turning test results shflw that it is able to reduce the amplitude of cutting chatter effectively.

Abstract:This paper discribes a computer-controlled CCD image display system with high resolution, which has been develaped for checking the imaging effeciency and quality of the datum negative in the optical pracessor of a synthetic aperture radar.The hardware interface circuits for quickly transiering data and the design of assemlaly language programs are also introduced.With the specific high resolution colour graph-controlled circuit board the resolution of the system can be up to 1k×1k×8bits, hence it is very canvenient to adjust and test.The system is stable and relialale in properties and abundant in colaurs.The pseudo-colour real-time rolling display provides convenient conditions for digital image prosessing.

Abstract:This paper describes the features of the image classification by the digital image processing method, the difficult points in adopting this technique in dynamic and real-time enviroments, and measures of overcoming these difficulties.Finally a practical experience which the Author was nvolved in is introduced, in which TMS320 device vas used as the key element of a video processor to classify the image of the flying target in real time satisfactorily.
Abstract:This paper presents a hydraulic ajustable device for laser path. The main advantages are higher accuracy lower sensitivity of temperature variation and the steadiness of accuracy compared with mechanical device.Lower mechanical accuracy is needed for the screw pair in this device.
