Abstract:Based on a new theoretical model of fast axial flow CO2 Lasers the main parameters which influence on the properties of output of the laser are discussed in this paper. The optimal parameters seleted for our 1 kW CO2 laser have been shown.
Abstract:Using a multilayer as a dispersive element (a monochromator),we have developed a soft X-ray synchrotron refletmoter. The measurement and evaluation of optical constants of optical reflecting coats can be done by this system. The main parameters of the system are; wavelength from 2nm to 20nm, angle resolution 0.01 degree,and sample scanning range from 0 to 80 degree. This equipment is installed at 3B1 beam line of the Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory at BEPC.
Abstract:In this paper we describe the equation of Moire fringes obtained for amplitude gratings illuminated by scatting light. And we show three spesial cases of Moire fringe locuses. Finaly according to the equation, we discuss the facts that affect the extra displacement, and the methods to eliminate the extra displacement .

Abstract:This paper represents the characteristic and the formation mechanism of bonding zone and heat affected zone studied for laser cladding Ni-Cr-B-Si alloys. Also the methods which can be used to evaluate laser cladding parameter and to reduce harmful heat effect on base steel are described in for paper .

Abstract:Using the electrolytic-abrasive mirror-finishing method,large workpieces of ordinary steel and hard process material,for example,stainless and titanium alloy steel,can be easily mirror-finished in a short time and with high efficiency,resuliting in a surface roughness of up to R,0.01-0.02m. This method is based on the fact that the electrolytic effect is assisted by the removel action of abrasive grains within an appropriate current density range by the use of neutral salt-type electrolyties.This paper clarifies the combined effects of the electrolytic dissolution and polishing action of abrasives. It also describes analysis of the surface roughness formation mechanism and the experimental resules.

Abstract:This paper deals with the microstructure and wearability of boron cast iron after laser heat-treatment. The results show that the microstructure of laser hardding consists of martensite,spheroidal and flake carbide and retained austenites. This structure has good pop-erty. The wearability of the boron casst iron increases by a factor of 6.

This system has advantages of high stability,high synchronous precision,no adjusting necessary before operating and change able working frequency while rumning. Abstract:This paper describes a novel all fiber compensation network for an intensity modulated optic fiber with three-access and its mathmatical model. It can be seen from the study that the compensation network can resist the flectuation of optical source,the variation of fiber transmission losses,and the drift of opto-electrical receiver and amplifier. We have also discussed the influence of the variation of the characteristic parameter on the measurement error and shown a design of the network.
