Abstract:CAD new technology-parametric design is stated in this paper.Starting with advanced CAD softwares soled in the world, several basic methods for parametric modeling and some new technologies such as feature-based modeling, constraint-based modeling,variational geometry and inference sketching are described.This paper introduces optical instument parametric design system(OIPS),including its architecture,functions and features. The procedureof designing a part is illustrated for stating parametric design benefit.
Abstract:The statical analysis for the primary design of a space camera main mirror is stated Theanalysis is aimed at six conditions which consist of internal supporting, external supporting,horizontal set,vertical set and load conditions that are separately of g0 and 5g0 gravity acceleration. The displacements and strains for every element and node are calculated by means of ANSYS program, Because the solid model of the main mirror is created, the exact weight of the main mirror is gained automatically. The results show that the present design is satisfiedwith the requirements and still has some tolerance to reduce the weight. The displacementand strains of external supporting are less than the ones of internal supporting. The analysisresults have important value for improving the main mirror design.
Abstract:The realistic process of the. direct design method for 3D patterns in CAD system hasbeen described, its importance is introduced with the points,lines, plane patterns. Thismethod simulates the traditional manual design process. It is easy to be accepted and mastered, and it has attained pragmatical level in shoe CAD system.

Abstract:his papr deals with the numerical calculation and the numerical simulation of this system. Finite Element Method(FEM) is applied in the part of mechanical structures, while inthe part of feed-back control circuits, we used transformation function to connect input variables with output variables,then we combinate those two parts and solve the rnotion differential equations of this electromechanical system to analyse system stability for the reference toengineers and designers.
Abstract:In this paper, two different schemes of the base structure have been analysed and compared by means of Computer-Aided Engineering Analysis. Displacements and deformation,the angles between A and B, natural frequency have been calculated separately in the conditions of the base being slant and normal. The weakspots can be found out. The way of improving can be carried out. Through design and analysis iterration, the satisfide design scheme can be approached.
