Abstract:The spectra and the fluorescence lifetime of glass containing acridine red were measured. Dependence between Luminescence characteristics and glass structure were analized.The studies show that organic hydrocarbone compounds can exist in inorganic glass due tolow temperature melting technology and P-F bond in glass structure.
Abstract:The results of theoretic studies about the structures and properties of niobosilicate glasses were used in the manufacturing processes of otpical glasses such as LaF2、LaF3 and LaF4 etc. The addition of Nb2O5 improves greatly the technological stability and inherent quality and increases the rate of finished product. This work gives another new way for thestudy and production of rare-earth optical glasses.
Abstract:According to the concept of Gaussian optics and geometric optics,this paper analyses thetransmission principle of Gaussian beam and puts forward some design demands, analyses itsalteration characteristic for Guassian beam by an example for collimated system,finally,infers the general relation formula of spreading ratio.

Abstract:By means of Lorentg- Loreng formula,the refrective index of air are calculated for wave-lengthes from infrared(1694.52nm) to ultraviolet(234. 617nm), and the calculated accuracyis excellenter than formucla(2),and is equal to formula(1).
Abstract:In the approach of spherical lattic cell,central-field,and relativistic Fermi statistic approximations, an average atom model is presented to calculate the wavelength of 2S→2P X-ray laser transition for Ne-Like Zn ion under the condition of high density and high temperature using the self-consistent field method.

Abstract:This paper discusses a method which uses laser techniques to distinguish targets between the enemy and Ourselves and a method which is used to modulate echowave signals.An all-direction detective system is composed of a laser transmitter and a receiver who are put on an image Stabilizing turntable and a group of laser detectors and reflecting prisms in multi-eye style. When this system receives the inquireing codes from inquireing direction(friend direction),the modulatdr in front of the reflecting prism is controlled to reflect identified codes from the reflecting prism. Then these identified codes are received and distingushedin inquireing direction (friend direction).This system is very useful for distinguishing between moving targets from air to air,air to ground, and ground to ground etc.

TheTV system uses unique integral characteristics of SEC TV camera, Which convertes a low illumination(7×10-4Lx)and discrete light point picture,that cannot be seen by human eyes,into a picture which can be observed on TV monitors.

Abstract:Authors analyzed the virtues and defects of closed loop control system and open one re- spectively, introduiced a new way tacking advantage of computers speed and capacity to realizethe detached measuring and the real time compensation, and pointed out some key problemswhich must be solved in practice. Furthermore, gave measured data which reach the perfor-mance index of full stroke readout error≤1μm, backstroke readout error≤0.3μm, and 0.1μm distinguish ability.

Abstract:The data acquisition and processing system for dynamic measurement of grating linearscale is described.Adopting both software and hardware,it is charactarized by small volume,cheapness, strong fumction and easy operation. The correction of both laser wavelength andtested grating linear scale and the data averaged processing are considered in the program to ensure the whole precision.
