Abstract:This paper describes the technology route and the characters of application in R & D of products by means of CAD/CAE/CAM technology, and it emphasis on the effects of Virtual Products and synthesis design / assessment in the development of products. The advantages of using CAD/CAE/CAM technology for practical engineering project and product development are also mentioned with practice experience.
Abstract:This paper discusses a new method of military optical device environmental adaptability design by means of CAD/CAE technology,and demonstrates the different between this method with the traditional way, and prospects wide use of this method.A practice design process using this method is shown,as a example.

Abstract:The function of UG/Mechanisms has been introduced in this paper. The cardiovascular angiographic systems which are multiple linkage mechanisms have been kinematically analyzed, simulated and animated, that allow you to understand characteristics of mechanical systems such as range of motion, lock up positions, work envelopes and object interference. Mechanisms application provides scientific basis for designing the cardiovascular angiographic systems.

Abstract:The kinematics of non-circle chain drive was analyzed preliminarily. In this paper,instantaneous ratio of non-circle chain drive was calculated precisely. The equations were gained by using MathCAD. The effects of number of teeth,ovality of sprocket and central distance of chain drive on instantaneous ratio was also expounded, and the varying curves were shown and exported using AutoCAD.

Abstract:The thermal response of a primary mirror in spatial camera is studied.The temperature field is calculated,and the deformation figure of this primary mirror is prospected.According to optical design requirement, the allowed temperature gradient range of this primary mirror is also given, in the mean time,the calculating result is subtly analyzed in theory and practice.Finally a suggestion of thermal control method is provided as reference.
Abstract:The light-weight technology of primary mirror(LTPM) in space camera is summarized in this paper. The ordinary consideration about LTPM is stated.Primary mirror's dimension decision, material selection, structural pattern, substratum's back shape, support pattern and its structure, method for thermal stability and application of CAD/CAE is presented at detail. Finally a typical example of light weight primary mirror is given, which is evaluated comprehensively on optics, mechanics and thermal.

Abstract:Using FEM, the natural frequency of Longitudinal bending piezoelectric micromotor is calculated, and the calculation result shows that it is consistent with the experiment, and it puts forward a theory foundation for investigating the natural frequency of piezoelectric micromotors.

Abstract:This paper describes the thermal characteristics of sun synchronous orbit based on analysised feature of sun synchronous round orbit form the view of thermal design.The genernal formula and method for computing external thermal flow of sun which act on space camera in sun synchronous round orbit are also given for offering basical data to thermal calculation and design of space camera.
