Abstract:Using the laser interacting with the styryl anthracene in the dioxance,we got the one photon and two photon absorption fluorescence.We also measured the polarization ratio Ω.The experimental results point out the excited state belonging to Ag symmetry.It is one photon and two photon alowed exciting state.

Abstract:We analyse the throughput and phase change for soft X ray imaging optics included two multilayer mirrors with the spectral and phase performace of multilayer mirrors. The waveband matching conditions are obtained within above analysis.
Abstract:In this paper,the system design and principle of a optical fiber temperature sensor are presented.It is based on the fluorescence emission spectrum of ruby crystal that has stable physical and chemical characters and low price.The result of research proves that the optical fiber sensor has stable character and low cost,specially fits for detecting the inside temperature of large machinery electricity equipments and all kinds of heating furnace and inducting furnace.
Abstract:A new category of all optical signal processing system with fuzzy intelligence networks is proposed. Its design combines the artificial network principle with the optical calculation technologies.The correctness of this system is discussed. Some major devices are designed.

Abstract:Automatic fingerprint identifying is a synthetic research work in the field of pattern recognition.In this paper,the applications in automatic fingerprint identifying of several important methods of pattern recognition theory are discussed,a frame of a practical system for automatic fingerprint identifying is proposed and the results of experiments are also shown.

Abstract:In this paper,the mechanical analysis is carried out for the force sensor in AFM with the Finite Element Analysis.The resonant frequency and force constant are also calculated.In addition,the structural optimization of the force sensor is developed.Consequently,a better structure of the cantilever with V shape based on slighter stree concentration is recommended.Some helpful principles that can be used to guide the design are presented.

Abstract:This paper introduces the constructure principle of a kind of micromanipulation system,which can be used in the clone technique.Clone technique is the most promising technique in the modern biology field.The traditional microinjector have some shortcomings,such as rare capture method.Plane image is not enough for aiming at target effectively.This micromanipulation system in this paper uses.microclamp to capture the object,which senses the clamping force and the hardness of the object surface.It also uses the stereo image in aiming at target more directly and more precisively.This paper also tells the history of the concern technique in biological field and the relationship between the work pieces and units techniques of the micromanipulation system in detail.At the end,we point out the possibility of the realization of this micromanipulation system.
Abstract:As an important technique in nanometer measurement,the fundamental principle and the latest development abroad of X ray interferometry are introduced.Furthermore,the main factors that influence the technology in realizing nanometer measurement are analyzed.

Abstract:TV micro stereoscopic imaging system is used as the stereoscopic visual sensor of a micromanipulation system.The drawback of the system is the flicker problem which makes the eyes strain and affects stereoscopic perception.In this paper,the source of flicker is analysed,several improvement approaches are discussed,and finally a practical solution is proposed.
Abstract:By computer simulation, computer software was developed successfully so that the optimization principle of the piezoelectric micromotor was analyzed in depth. This work showed that the piezoelectric element's material characteristics, the stiffness of the matrix and elastomer in the stator , the structure size of all parts of the stator will influence the efficiency of piezoelectric micromotors. The optimal material and structure of piezoelectric micromotors are presented in this paper, and the experiments show that the principle is useful in improving the energy output of piezoelectric micromotors.
Abstract:In this paper,based on the 2″ high precision CNC dividing head,a human like intelligent control scheme is proposed for point to point control system.And the experiment results obtained from the 2″ high precision CNC dividing head are shown.

Abstract:The Effect Coefficient of Gear Tooth(ECGT) is an important parameter while the flexspline's fatigue strength is studied. In this paper, the model for researching ECGT is established firstly under several assumptions, then effects of mesh and geometrical parameters on ECGT are analyzed after it is deduced more correctly.

Abstract:The aim of this article is to provide a systematic method to perform dynamic analysis in the task space for walking machine.The dynamic manipulability ellipsoid is established and the Dynamic Manipulability Index is introduced.In the final,the walking machine’s optimal mechanism and walking parameters are obtained through numerical analysis by using this index.
Abstract:Stiffness and damping coefficients are important characteristic.Coefficients that reflect the dynamic respond characteristics of journal bearings.The calculation method on these coefficients for liquid lubricated bearings is described in this paper,and calculation of actual example problem is carried out by means of numerical method.

Abstract:Output power equalization of laser dual spectrum lines is a special requirement which is put on its laser source by two wavelength beat wave absolute distance interferometry.On the basis of analyzing the output signal of a two wavelength beat wave absolute distance interferometer,this paper proceeds from the realities of the aiming method of the beat wave interferometer,conducts an analytical investigations on the dependence of the aiming accuracy of the beat wave interferometer on laser dual line output power equilibrium,propose two new concepts-a basic aim blind area and a blind area expansion,and establishes an analytical expression between the blind area expanssion and the relative power difference of laser dual lines.The result provides an analytical tool for designing the laser stabilized servo loop of the instrument and improving its aiming accuracy.

Abstract:The principle and method of measuring focal length of a lens by use of D.C.multiplexreflecting galvanometer are introduced.It is valid for both convex and concave lenses and has a comparative high precision.
Abstract:The influence of aberration on measuring sensitivity in critical angle method of total reflection for focus error detection was described.Measuring results of two microscope objectives were also given .The accuracy of measurement was ±1×10-2μm.
