Abstract:In this paper,stress distribution formulas of deformable thin mirror are gotten.By using these formulas、simplified formulas and Finite Element Method(FEM),thestresses of two types of deformable mirrors(61-actuator and 37/55-actuator)are calculated,the results are compared and analyzed.

Abstract:In this paper a compression method for multispectral image data basedon Karhunen-Leove Transformation (KLT) was presented, and the statistical properties of multispectral image using KLT was analyzed. After deducing the theoryof KLT, we discussed the schemes of applying this method to the practical compression system of multispectral image data. A maxium degree decreasing bit flow method is researched and presented. Experiment results shows that this methodcan obtain the compression ratio 3.2~5.3 for sixteen band multispectral, almostlossless. It is superior to the method of applying DCT to remove the spectral correlation .
Abstract:A CT technique applied to ICF has been developed and a three-dimensional (3D) iamge reconstruction program(CT3D) programed in this paper.The program CT3D is numerically studied the 3D reconstructed images of target's plasma by using a multiplicate algebraic reconstruction technique(MART) and algebraic reconstruction technique(ART) from five pinhole camera images obatined along different sight directions on ‘Xingguang Ⅱ'device,so that 3D images of X-ray emitted by laser plasma are obtained.The simulated results showes that athe MART's reconstructive accurance is better than ART's and MART can meet the requirement that diagnostication error δI/I is lower than 10%.
Abstract:The forming method of profiles of precision multilobe journal bearing is described.Mathematic formulas of calculating geometry dimensions of profiles are established,and theory calculating method on machining dimension of bearing arc profiles is described in detail.
Abstract:In precision turning with PCD cutting tool,present work finds such an outstanding phenomenon that the surface roughness of the workpieces is lower than that of the cutters used to machine,which is contrary to the traditional cutting theory.In this paper,the principle of this phenomenon is studied and the definition of double overlapping locations is given.This is of great significance for the application of PCD cutting tool.
Abstract:This paper introduces a system which can solve the special problem of gear-driving system,and it makes the tracking precision of theodolite using gear drive come up to the level of that using moment motor drive.This system was used in a theodolite remaking task successfully.
Abstract:Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and surface style measurement.We have investigated the surface microstructure and morphology of the rectangular arch quartz microlens array fabricated by Ar ion beam etching. The reason induced the surface defect of quartz microlens has been discussed. The methods improving surface microstructure and morphology have been analyzed,The surface morphology differences of the microlens devices fabricated by ion beam etching under the different conditions have been given.In addition,we also introduce several key operations to the quartz samples prepared. The process for preparing quartz microlens has been discussed.

Abstract:A newly developed approach to identify the mechanical speed of an induction motor based on neural network technique is described.The back-propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed.The error between the desired state varible and the actural one is back-propagated to adjust the rotor speed.So that the actural state varible will coincide with the desired one.The theoretical analysis as well as the simulation results to verify the effectiveness of the new method are described in this paper.

Abstract:A new data acquisition and control software package, designed to run in industrial automation field side environment, have been developed. It has many advantages such as open architecture, program-less tool with an isolated user interface, directly I/O driver and dynamic display. The whole system is not larger than 1 MB, and can be installed in SSD easily. We can use SOAR to construct a high speed hard-disk-less system.

Abstract:A hybrid diffractive-refractive binary optical system has been successfully designed and fabricated in Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics,Academia Sinica by the authors of this paper.The focal length of the system is 800 mm,the effective aperture 76 mm and the imaging spectrum range from 435.8 nm to 656.3 nm.The measured axial MTF value of the system is 0.75 at the frequency 20 lp/mm,which offers significant improvement over that of a conventional system finely designed at the comparable conditions.

Abstract:This paper represents a method and primary experimental results of superpolishing of LiGaO2 signle crystal as a substrate for GaN.We have achieved supersmooth surface roughness of less than 0.1nm by the chemo mechanical polishing with polyurethane lap and SiO2 solution.

Abstract:By D/A and EPROM technique and according to the feature of inductosyn output working in the scale excited manner,a high precision signal simulator was developed in this paper.The test results demonstrate that this signal simulator may simulate the slide output accuractly.It makes the shakedown test obviously easy also.
