Abstract:This paper Reviews the researoh and development of aerodynamic lubrication in precison instruments. The research and application of aerodynamic lubrication in precision instruments were.earest in the application on the region of gas lubrication. Aerodynamic lulication had been successfully used in Gyros and in the first satellite of U.S.A. There are many Successful examples of application in precision instruments recent years. For example in the magnetic drum or magnetic head of large type electronic computor and the laser printer. This paper had deen written in order to promote the application of these advanced teehniques in civil precision instruments of our country. It contains the charactrics of aerodynamic lulrication, the design of allodynamic bearings, the materials of aerodynamic bearings, the precision machining of aeradynamic bearings and the example of actual spiral grooves aerodynamic bearings.

Abstract:Glass forming tendencies and some properties of the systems(B. Al. Ga)2O3-K2O(ZnO)-Nb2O5 have been studied. On the basis of calculating structure parameter, bond parameter, relation between the electronegativity and the ratio of average ion radius, the coordination number of Nb was inferred to be 4 and 6 and Nb2O5 in the system Nb2O5-B2O3-K2O exists as a metaniobate state.
Abstract:In this work we chose B2O3-La2O3-Y2O3-ZrO2 system as the base glass composition. The glass composition of LaK 747/509 which we obtained at last is free of Thorium. Because this glass has a series of good properties such as narrow devitrification range. Slow devitrification speed and high viscosity etc, so it can be melted successfully in 12-30L platinum pot and glass blocks about φ200×25mm with good quality were obtained.
Abstract:In this paper, evolutional process from classical optical processing to continuous polishing method is discussed. We stress on analysing and discussing theory for continuous floating polish method from viewpoint of polishing kinematics and deduces relative formulas. This paper describes preliminarily the method of equal-stroke grinding method and carries out some analyses according to our experiences. In arder to get a precision polishing surbace, the question of getting an optimum polishing state is aiscussed.
Abstract:It is the most desirable for the load sharing on each planet gear to be even and many kinds of considerations are used in a planetary gears. However, we have not suitable method to measure the load sharing condition. Then, it is noticed that the measurement can be accomplished by the method to measure and compare the values of the shearing strains on each shafts of planet gears and the method is cleared to be for practical use by some experiments with the planetary gears for actual use.
Abstract:This paper describes one kind of design method about how to realize complicated predeterminate curve of points on coupler with cam revisory, which may be used in synthesis of mechanisms in precision and light machinery.
Abstract:The absolute encoder has such advantages as fixed starting-point, reliable reading, and so on. But traditional absolute encoder is limited in use, because of its large number of rings and large size. So micro encoder is desired. This paper introduces design procedures about a micro absolute matrix encoder, including the design of absolute matrix code disk, working principle, procedure of matrix decode. The minimum radial size of traditional absolute encoder of 14 bits is φ130mm. While using matrix code disk, the radial size of same bit encoder can be reduced to φ65mm.
Abstract:Suppose that Cathode-mesh region of streak tube possesses the even electric field. Time difference of electron transmission at this region can be derived from electron motion equation for single energy distribution of photoelectrons. Then analytical formulas of temporal spread function and TMTF are derived. The analytical formulas of TMTF are obtained one after another for electron energy Maxwell, Cosine and Beta distribution. Finally the formulas of limit temporal resolution Corresponding with depth of modulation of 5% and the curves of TMTF are given.
