Abstract:All diffraction grating ruling engines have been manufactured in China so far and the spectrum qualities of diffraction gratings ruled by them are introduced in this paper. Either mechanical or photoelectric type, stop-start or continuous operate form also have been adopted in the construction of them. Total engines in normal operated reaches to a number of 15. The maximum ruled area is 150?180mm2 and the range of ruled densities is from 50 to 2400 grooves/mm.

Abstract:The effect of SiO2 on the crystallization and phase separation of the glasses was studied by means of DTA, LAXS, SEM and HTPOM etc. Owing to the replacing of B2O3 by SiO2 astructural change occured in the glass system is similar to the results of abnormal phenomena of "Boron-Aluminium". It has been found that glasses in the abnormal region were with a characteristic of low refractive index, ultihigh dispertion and better anticrystallization.
Abstract:In this paper we devised a simple/expression for the output power of stimulated Raman scattering in a multipass cell. It is convenient and usefull in the design of P-H2 Raman laser.
Abstract:This paper introduces the fabrication technics of laser gratings with large blazed angles for 600 grooves/mm used for the tunable dye lasers. It analyses the polarization effect, calculates the Wood’s anomalies which often influences the blaze efficiences. At the same time, it also provides the ruling parameters and the absolute efficiences of polarize lights, the ηE_ max is 86% and the ηE⊥ max is 59%.

Abstract:This paper described a two-channel, APPLE II Compatible, 12 bit data acquisition system. The analog input section contains two S/H amplifers, simultaneous signals may be acquired. This system is used as the data processor of measurement instruments to provide the instantaneous computed function. This system connectting with the lock-in analyzer is especially suitable for the orthogonal vector calculation, √A2+B2, and other both simulteneous signals processing. For example, the typical applications in double beam spectroscopy, A±B, A×B, A/B, Lg (A/B). Here, we discussed the composition of this system, and how to feed 12 bit data into the memory by the action of the APPLE II bus signals. The flow-chart of programming was given out.
Abstract:The article describes the brief principles and experiment methods for soft X-ray scattering measurement and introduces the works for controlling the measurement on the Z-80 microcomputer. Arranging the output ports of the D+7AI/O module properly the 2 dimension movements of the main detector is more expedient and rational. Improving the controlling mode for the driving force of the stepping motor the problem that the temperature of the motor raise too fast in the vacuum condition is solved satisfyingly.

Abstract:This paper discussed the principle, main features of the type GZ105 CCD Scan Camera and the principium of circuit design. The correlated double sampling (CDS) technique was used in type G2105 CCD Scan Camera in order to depress the reset noise and disturbances concerned with clock pulses. The operation of CDS block diagram of the circuit and the experimental data are given. The test results of the Type GZ105型 CCD Scan Camera are included at the end of this paper.
