Abstract:This paper describes the preparation technology of aluminium-magnesium alloy film in detail, and gives the test reults and methods for observation and measurement of mechanical performance, structurs and composition of the alloy film. We have found that the mechanical performance of aluminium-2% magnesium alloy film is better than that of alumlnium film through experiments. (The cpability of antl-nolse destruction is 131 db for aluminium film while 137 db for film Al-2% Mg alloy film. As regarding the cepcbility of antl-vlbratlon destruction, when frequency is 50-150Hz the peak amplitude of acceleration which the film can bear is 5fi for A1 film and 7g forAl-2% Mg alloy film). The reason for its’ fine performance from analysis of the composition and structure is that Al-2% Mg alloy film is a phase solid solutiion, α phase supersaturated solid solution structure.

Abstract:A little work has been done for phase separation of nioboborate glasses Recently, by means of SAXS, LAXSand RTFM, the morphology and kinetic characteristcs of the phase separated nloboborate glass have been investigated. The nucleation and growth mechanism have been found with the appearing of the second phase dispersed particles. The growth rule obyes to the diffusion-controled mechanism. The fact of producing the intensive SAXS in glass shows that the difference of electron aensity between the matrix phase and second phase particles is suffcient high. That is attributed to the presence of rich B2O3 and rich Nb2O5 phase in the glass respectively. In this paper a great attention has also been paid to introduce the feature of glass forming and the regularity of the change of optical constant with adding TiO2 in the nioboborate glasses. Finally, on the basis of experimental results, the structure state of Nb5+ and Ti4+ ions in the glasses will be discussed.
Abstract:In this paper a comparison of and discussion about the performaces for several typical pulldown film mechanisms has been shown in brief. This paper analyses emphatically the structural character of the pulldown film mechanism with crank swing block, deduces its movement equation and plots the curves of related movement performance as well It also discusses the influence of some factors, which mainly come from the moveable registry pin, on the quality of the picture, and how to improve the quality of the picture.
Abstract:This paper describes the way of ultrapreciso turning aspherical optical reflectors with diamond tools and analyzes the factors whih influence surface finish of mirrors, circulity and figure accurancy. This paper also introduces the influence of machine spindle asynchronous error on surface finish and analyzes the reason for producing asynchronous error motion and the method of reducing asynchronous error value systematically. In order to get rid of the influence of workpiece chucking distortion on machining accuracy of mirror, we used an approaching method from poiat to point to get rid of workpiece chucking distortion step by step4,so that the clrculity of mirror achieved were 0.3μm in machining.
Abstract:This paper deals with the influence of solution treatment, ageing and stabilizing process on the structures, propertles, stresses and dimensional stability of conmercial forging aluminium LD2 by means of metalloscope, electron mic roscope, x-ray diffractometer, x-ray stress analyzer and method for the determination of mechanical properties. The experimental results suggested that under certain circumstances a good strengthening and toughenning effect can be obtained. By controling the conditions of solution treatment, quenching tempereture, ageing tempereture, ageing time and conditions of cold-heat cyclic stabilizing it may stabilize structures, reduce the residual stresses and meet the need of dimensional stability of parts required high dimensional stability in fine machine and fine instrument.
Abstract:This paper describes following several problems. The first one is that two-d imension plane can be used to express straight three-dimension stereogram. Another one is that we can use projecting conyerse formula to draw stereogram. This paper also presents data structure and calculus which can etiminate hidden-line and graphical example. A very simple data relation table has been listed in thispaper, specially, author discusses a technigue of eliminating hidde-line cleanly, so it is easy to understand, progra and apply.
Abstract:This paper presents a method to for testing optical transmitances of the X-ray filters as low as 10-7~10-8/cm2. In this method we used a He-Ne laser operating at 632.8nm wavelength as a light source. In order to measure such low transmitances, we designed and equipped a ultrolow transmitance measurement device of retlection mode, using a photomultiplier as the detector, a digital voltmeter as the reading device. Moreover, we also used a group of grey absorbing filters as the transmiting attenuator to measure the ultralow transmotances. Both methods have given satisfactory results.
Abstract:MTF is one of the main specifications of CCD and has a most important influence on the applications and designe development of CCD. This paper presents a way to test MTF of CCD and the measured MTF performance of 143/CCD made by Fairchild company USA.
