Bidirection Reflectance Distribution Fuction——an Important Physical Parameter for Description of Refelection Properties of Diffuse Object
Abstract：In this paper, bidirection reflectance distribution function fb(θi, φi, θr, φr)and its main use in the diffuse measurment are described. We suggest relations betueen the function fb(θi, φi, θr, φr)and nine reflectance and nine reflectance coefficients. Besides, we also introduce several methods for the measucment of the ruction, design standards of this instrument, and brief situation that we made and used the instrument in the Institute.- 28

Design of a Fast Photographic Lens for 35mm Motion Picture Camera
Abstract：This paper describes a photographic lens(f=20mm, D/f=1/1.19, 2ω=68.5°)for 35mm motion picture camera. Its focal length is the shortest with large-aperture and large field of view in a series of photograph lenses with fixed focal length for 35mm motion picture camera in our country. Fabrication of Precision Stepper Ball Screw Nut
Abstract：This paper describes the working theory, construction design, technology rules and inspection accuracy of the precision stepper ball screw nut. The stepper ball screw nut has been used in a beam monitor system of Beijing proton synchrotron. The step is 0.5mm;the step accuracy 0.01mm;the step velocity 6mm/s.The screw nut is of double nut tube type which is single tube 2.5 circuits. The screw shaft diameter is 20.5mm;the lead 5mm;the ball diameter 3.175mm;the position accuracy 4.7μm;the repeat position accuracy 2.0μm.- 44

On the Phases in Laser Cladding Coat of Ni-Cr-B-Si Hard Face Alloy System and the Method Examining Them
Abstract：In this paper, a study has been introduced on the phases in Ni-Cr-B-Si hard face alloy system coat clad by laser with normal power density and their behaviour under the conditions of electrochemical and chemical etching. Theirby, a method examining the phases is obtained which can be used to analyze the fine structure of the very small and complex constitutions in this kind of coat.- 33

Laser Heat Treating of an Iron-Base Powder Metallurgic Meatrial
Abstract：Some investigations of Laser heat treating for an iron-base powder metellurgic material are described in this paper. The result indicates that this processing can greatly improves some performances of the material while retaining its original propeties. The resulting hardness can be approxima tely increased by six times and wear resistance by ten. Farther more, laser hardening of this material is more simple and convenient than those of common steels.- 33
