Abstract:Variations of surface resistivitles of some amorphous chalcogenide thin films along with heat treatment temperatures are described in present paper. The surface resistivity of most of the thin films will exhibit a sudden decrease(by approximately 4 orders of magnitude)at acertain temperature, X-ray diffraction analysis and Transmission Electron Microrcopicl study show that amorphous-to-crystal phase transition occurs at the temperature where the surface resistivity exhibits sudden decrease. This temperature is calleas phase transition temperature and depends upon the composition and preparation method of the thin film. The reflectivity of the film will also change largely as a result of the phase transition, implying that these materials can be used as optical memory media.
Abstract:The focussing method can well be used to measure the refractive index profile of gradient lens and equipment used is very simple and the measurement can be very quickly finished with this method.
Abstract:Glass structures of the Mg(PO3)2-BaF2-AlF3 fluorophosphate glasses has been investigated by infrared and Ramau spectroscopy. The experimental data have provided evidences for the existence of double bonded oxygen(p=0)and mixed network of Al(O, F)4 and P(O, F)4 tetrahedra. The vBa-F, vMs-F and vAl-F vibrations occur at 480-510cm-1, 530-550cm-1 and 580cm-1 respectively in Raman spectra. Changes in both IR and Raman spectra show that with increasing of fluoride content the glass structure changes gradually from poly-phosphate to pyrophosphate and monofluorophosphate mixture, and p=0 bond vanishes simultaneously.
Abstract:In this paper composite interferogram method for measuring the homogeneity of good quality optical glasses is described, by which both linear and nonlinear changes of the homogeneity can be determined and the operation is much easier than that of holographic interference. The measurement accuracy can be?1?10-6.
Abstract:This paper introduces a numerical method used to solve the principal axis direction and the values of principal component in analysis of some physical properties of crystal The related BASIC program is given.
Abstract:In this paper, based on practice methods of measuring the homogenity of optical glasses-holographical interferometry, star-point, shearing interferometry, Fizeau interferometry-are discussed. classification of the homogenity of large size optical glasses are showed.
Abstract:This paper discusses material properties of the optical disc substrate and measurement methods of the defect density, roughness and planeness.
Abstract:In this paper, constructions specifications and test procedures of TGL-1 Transmittivity Meter, SKC-1 Numerical Aperture Meter and GFC-1 Resolution Meter for optical fiber faceplate are described. The research about the determining method of vacuum tightness for optical fiber face plate si also described.
Abstract:This paper introduces some programs used in the measurement of glass properties. The the type of computer is pC-1211. It is very useful and convenient. Language used here is BASIC.
Abstract:To measure the refractive index of optical flat plate with small angle by the precision angle meauring instrument is a guite good method. The measure precision is near to the result of V-prism refractometer. The method is not restricted by the refractive index and the measuring sample can be easily prepared.
Abstract:In this paper, an indentation method for measuring the interface stress in glass-metal composite is presented. The interface stresses in the glass-aluminium composite have been measured by using this method.
