Abstract:This paper presents the drive mechanism of the piezoelectric thin film micromotors(PTFM),then introduces the fine performance,structure and machining process of PTFM,finally points out the key technology and application prospect of PTFM.

Abstract:Elements with supersmooth surfaces are demanded in many fields along with thedevelopment of modern science and technology, which present high contour accuracy,extremely Iow surface roughness,perfect crystalline distribution and nondamaged layers.Lots of new fabricating techniques have been applied to obtain supersmooth surfaces withsurface roughness < 1 nm and contour accuracy < 30 nm,This paper introduces theapplication of such surfaces,and from the point of stock removing mechanism,discusses 6different superpolishing techniques. Bowl Feed Polishing,Teflon Polishing,Ion Beanfiguring, Float Polishing,Plasma Assisted Chemical Etching,Ductile Grinding.
Abstract:This paper disscussed some making technology of hyperoxide cathode,The properties ofcathode such as electron emisson, anti-blast ability,life time were tested.The resultsindicated that hyperoxide cathode have better qualities than oxide cathode in followingaspects:The volocity of activation is quick;There is no CO2 gas was released duringdecomposition reaction;Good emission;Anti-blast ability;Long life-time etc,It can becompletely used in light source,particularly in high speed production line.
Abstract:A new method about real-time connectivity analysis for convex objects is presented.Thebasic idea is according to the over threshold pixel coordinate, performing complex work ofcomparing and recognition using DigitaI Signal Processor(DSP),then determines the containing rectangle of all objects in the image,and the result is provided in the end of this paper.
Abstract:In order to improve the compression function of G3 facsimile machine and implement“compression and storage of static facsimile color image”,this paper discusses themicromputer-facsimile system concerning the facsimile technique、communication techniqueand microcomputer,It also discusses the possiblity of the system being applied through thehardware interface. C language has been used to program to implement “compression andstorage of static facsimile color image”on PC 286 microcomputer.The resultexperimentation proved that the effect of the system is superior.
Abstract:A Intelligent Multi-turn Absolute Angle Encoder which was recently developed isintroduced.The device could produce 2000 groups code at most for one circular angle(360°)and remember 4096 revolutions. If its shaft is turned during power cutting off, theinformation of angle and revolution could not be lost yet.A MCS8098 Sinsle-chipMicrocomputer inside the encoder is used for exchanging code systems、selecting dimensionof resolution、setting zero-point and measurement scope and so on.These funtions could beset and operated by customers. The output signal from the device can be sent to longdistance and connected with a interface of computer or display unit.
Abstract:A leading system of the photoelectric theodolite is designed by the specification that themissile deflects not much from the theory rail in the experiment of range.Some problems inthe system design, and how to design the software and hardware of the system arediscussed.In the end, the whole system's testing results are given.
Abstract:This paper describes the principle and the feasibility of two dimensional digital autocollimator in which a area-array CCD image sensor is used. High-speed data acquisition andprocessing hardware and software under microcomputer control were designed.The correctmemorization of window image,point-source centre defination using subdivision methodswith subpixel accuracy were realized.Finally test result was given.
Abstract:A new kind of intelligent recording tape reading system was designed by using advantageof recording and video processing technology as well as single-chip microprocessor principle,advanced a nevv kind of reading method to measure the quantity of missing a target of range'soptical measurement through real-time recording. This method combine the advantage ofTV-measurement with reading after the event to replace the current film semiautomaticreading.The success of this new kind reading's study is important complement anddevelopment for film semiautomatic reading. It promoted the efficiency of range's optical-electrical measurement,changed the face of range's data processing,forwarded developmentof TV-measurement and emergence of a new generatiOn of Optical-electrical automatictheodoliteo.

Abstract:The synchronous conttol system of Theodolite camera is analysed,then several feasiblecontrol schemes are raised and discussed.In the end,the schemes are laid emphasis on oneof them,which used DC motor as execution unit and SCM 8098 as CPU,In the scheme,current detecting unit is added to the original control system. At the time of starting themotor,the current detecting feedback is switched on until the rotational speed of the motorclose to the given speed,then the current feedback is switched off,speed-positon doubleloop control system is put into operation. According to the result of the experiment,wecould say the scheme is effective,and the performance of the synchronous control systemwas improved.

Abstract:With combination of a parallel beam soft X-ray lens used as an X-ray beam collimatorand an electron gun soft X-ray generator,a parallel soft X-ray source was developed for deepsubmicron X-ray lithography in the X-ray laboratory of Beijing Normal university.A testinglithography experiment was carried out by using this source and 0.2—1.0μm lines wereobserved.The experimental setup and preliminary resuIts of X-ray lithography is describedbriefly in this report.
Abstract:In accordance with the measuring characteristic,a scheme of untouched measurementbased on the optoelectronic measurement principle in reflect style is presented.The focalpoint of the work is drawing faint revolving signal,thus designed a precision optical fence,which may be continuously adjusted untill to be closed.its fine tuning quantity is much lessthan ordinary optical fence(so far as to reach a order of magnitute),using this optical fencemay pick up the signal that light spot diameter in range of 0 to 2mm. Adopting this precisionoptical fence,cooperating with choosing corectly photoelectric receiver and designing a part ofmachanical structure,realized the drawing to faint revolving signal.This is importance formicropicture dynamic measuremant in the stage of exploring.

Abstract:The friction performance of oil film on journal of three lobe bearing is researched onthe condition of different oil film clearance forms by means of numerical calculation method.Research results indicate that increase of difference value △rm between maximum clearancevalue bm pad arc edge and minimum clearance value cm of pad arc center favors building of hy-drodynamic oil film,The friction coefficient increases with the decrease of △rm.

Abstract:In theory,all kinds of errors of The Miniature Fine X-Y Worktable are analyzed.Beingaimed at these errors,some feasible measurements of reducing the mechanical system errorsare raised in this paper;some errors are compensated by using software. On the basis ofthem,the precision of the open loop and loop locked system is discussed.Specially,a newway of measuring slideway straightness is raised,it reduces the principle error in the measurement way to the degree that can be ignored completely.

Abstract:This paper deducted the principle of Talbot effect and the conditions of self-imaging byusing several optical theories and analyzed at different angles its physical idems,It also discussed the method of measuring the collimation of large beams based on Talbot effect andmoire techmology,made further research on the accuracy of the above methods and intro-duced the other applications of that method.In addition, the above mentioned principle hasbeen applied to make testing of collimation for the two large-scal collimators. The accuracy offocus-adjustment can exceed half of focus-depth and the accuracy of collimation can exceed 10-5 rad.The result of the experiment absolutey complied to the theoretical calculation anddesignation. This method has not only a high degree of accuracy but also a simple structureand can achieve easy instrumentation that can be adopted to test the multiple optical andphysical parameters. It has extensive practical values.
Abstract:The optical transfer function(OTF)of a linear optical system can be derived by the Fourier transformation of the linear spread function (LSF).In this paper,a new way to measure the modulation transfer function(MTF)of an image intensified tube with a charge-coupled device(CCD)camera is presented.Compared with the other conventional systems, thismethod has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation and capability of date processing with a computer,etc.In the measuring system a CCD camera is used as an opto-elctronicconverter.The intensity signal of the LSF got from the camera is video-amplified,syn-chronously-seperated,sampled and kept,A-D converted,and finally sent to a computerthrough an interface circuit.With the combination of both software and hardware,we can ob-tain the MTF of an intensified tube in the real time easily.

Abstract:This paper itroduces not only the properties and applicalions of bioinert eeramics,bioactive ceramics and biodegradable ceramics,but also the methods of preparing bioceramic thin films.The basic researches about the technology of making hydroxyapatite ceramic thin films by the sol-gel process have been done. In this course,the problems of mixture ratio、sol-PH、preheating process、sintering temperature,constant-temperature time,and so on,have been solved.In the meantime,the Ti-HAP composite with practical coating layerthickness and porosity is obtained.Artificial dental roots prepared with the hydroxyapatitecoating layer are used in clinical test.
Abstract:This paper analyzes and compares several methods in parallel data communication,givesa highspeed & high reliable method for distributed command & control system. Meanwhile,we discuss and design a parallel communication interface,It also gives solution to some certain problems in the communication interface in command & control system. Through experiments,it proves that the method is possible.
Abstract:The study is aimed at constructing a control system by applying the 8098 microprocessoras the intellectual control unit.The researches and practice have been done as follows:Finshing the hardware design and on-line debugging of the microcontroler system;Implementingthe pulse-width modulating control of the clutch engaging position through the combinationof multi-aim overall optimization and fuzzy control,with the throttle opening control adapt-ing the changes of the target position(i,e,the driver's intentional throttle opening)andmaiching different clutch engaging control,and moreover, resolving the time distribution ofcontrolling the two devices sychronously with one CPU properly;Putting forward to applyingthe digital proportional-differential modulato of throttle opening to weaken theshifting jerksand oscillation,and realize smooth shifting;Designing the main control program satisfyingthe intricate operating process and variety of driving cases to fulfil automatic shifting according to “the vehicle dynamic 3-parameter shifting schedule”and deal with the possible casessuch as urgent braking,normal stopping etc.,promptly and correctly;Offering some detailjamproof methods corresponding to the adverse operating circumstances of vehicle.
