Abstract:The paper introduced applications of computer asisted design(CAD)in a design and manufacture for optical-thin-films and gives a few of typical design examples.Allowance differences of optical thin film thickness are calculated by CAD;film thickness programme controled in coating process is also designed by CAD;as well as a typical instance for a coating process simplified is given,which enhance a coating effeciency and bring some benefits to the people.

Abstract:This paper describes the method which is used for designing the drive of the few difference in number of teeth and the algorithm of the CAD.It consist of the operating principle,the parameter selection,the geometrical calculation,the computer block diagram and the tables of modification coefficient.According to given program,the geometrical parameters of 284 internal gear pairs have calculated by the computer and the calculation example has given in this paper.The practice result indicates that the method of the design and the calculation is correct and it is able to provide references.

Abstract:The reliability of window has been analyzed by means of CAE in this paper. It is discussed that the experiment of shrinked model is used to verify the ability of bear pressure for real structure. The regular pattern of anti-pressure has been found in theory by computer simulation, and offered scientific accordance for shrink ratio experiment of window.
Abstract:The importance of thermal design and thermal analysis of primary mirror is stated in this paper. The deformation of the primary mirror in temperature field and its effect no the image quality of the optical system is analized. The deformation of surface figure of a primary mirror in radial static temperature field, K9 and fused silica responsively, is calculated and analized in detail. It is found that as though the structure is not different, the deflection of the surface figure of the mirror is not only connected with alpha and other thermal and structural paremeter, but also directly connected with the magnitude and direction of the temperature gradient.

Abstract:Cam mechanism is used for various machine and instrument.To mill the cam contour curve , a simply NC milling machine was used in the past. It took a long time to make a program ,and the precision was lower.This paper introduces ,in UWF1202H machining center ,using parameter programming function of TNC426 system to make a NC program directly,and machining high precision cam contour curve quickly.
Abstract:In this paper,a developed high precision constant current source is proposed and analysed including the circuit composition and working principle description,the frequency and temperature characteristics analysis,the stability compensation method selection and the compensation parameters optimization.The amplitude of its output current possesses high precision and good temperature stability.All given parameters have been adjusted and may be used without being modified.
