Abstract:We report the experiment of the molecular vibrational spectroscopy of ferroelectric LiTaO3 using femtosecond laser.The results are discussed under several conditions.

Abstract:This paper describes the newly developed high current hollow cathode source as a soft X ray and vacuum ultraviolet spectral radiation transfer standard source.It consists of two anodes,a cathode and a two stage differetial pumping unit operated at a constant current of 2A with helium or argon as buffer gas at pressures 10 Pa-100 Pa.Several spectral lines of ArⅠ,ArⅡ,HeⅠ,HeⅡ,AlⅡ,AlⅢ and AlⅣ appear at spectral range 13 nm-200 nm.The spectral radiance stability is better than ±1% and the reproducibility is better than ±5%.

Abstract:In this paper,the fabrication of binary phase gratings with arbitrary geometry coding scheme has been represented based on the VLSI technology,which includes mask making and pattern transfering.For the fabricated 25?25 fan out Dammann grating,the tested results are given as :the fan-out uniformity deviation (the maximum relative deviation)is 9 7%,the 2D diffraction efficiency is 80 65%(without consideration of the reflection loss).At last the effects of fabrication errors are analyzed.

Abstract:A quick adaptive algorithm for controlling the optical dynamic system,in which the system identifier of the controlled optical dynamic system is a feedforwad neural network,is presented in this paper.In this NN adaptive algorithm the difference between the outputs of the controlled optical dynamic system and the trained NN identifier is employed as the negative feedback in readjusting the systems's control parameter.Because the NN identifier can reconstruct the dynamic model of the controlled optical dynamic system quickly and precisely from the output time series with the support of the chaos speedup BP algorithm,this adaptive control algorithm is considered applied to control the otpical dynamic system when the reference model for control can not be obtained in advance.This improved NN adaptive control algorithm has been applied successfuly to control the Bragg diffraction acousto optic bistable system quickly in the computer simulation.

Abstract:According to the probability theory,the solar radiation to the outer baffle of optical remote sensor has been analyzed and calculated,including the different shadow conditions of the spacecraft and the solar oblique radiation from the opening of the outer baffle to the inner cavity.The projective geometry calculation of the complex surfaces of second order is avoided.
Abstract:In order to obtain optimum scheme of the space remote-sensing camera structure it is necessary to investigate the concentricity in the optical system due to temperature alternative by means of thermoelastic analysis.Different schems of the camera structures have been analysed and compared based on Computer Aided Engineering Analysis.Displacements,deformations and stresses of the camera structure,due to the effects of temperature,have been calculated and the variation of the concentricity in the optical system is given.By several design analysis iteration,the reasonable scheme of the camera have been obtained.The results are of important value for improving the camera design.
Abstract:The effect of the atmosphere on the structure and properties of ion nitriding layer of alloy TC4 was investigated.By microscopic examination,microhardness determination,X ray diffraction phases structures analyses,combined with the experimental works on wear resistance and determination of hydrogen content,the influence of the atmosphere on the nitrided layer was ascertained.This research showed that the influence of the atmosphere on the control of quelity of ion nitriding is larger and this is valuable in practice.

Abstract:The Nibase alloy layer with excellent performence is clad on the surface of copper alloy by using high-power laser.Their binding strength is one of important standardes for evaluating qulity of cladding layer.Experiment shows that provided laser cladding craft is right,the metalurgical bind is formed between laser cldding Ni-base alloy and substrate of copper alloy.The binding strength is lager more than Ni-base alloy layer strength for extension and over 90 MN/m2.

Abstract:The far-field diffractive pattern calculating formula for diffraction antenna with continuous phase structure is derived by current distribution method in antenna theory for the first time.The simulative calculation is made for a millimeter diffraction antenna.The results are close to the measured data.The simulative result is analyzed.
Abstract:Because of some factors in grating manufacture and in grating sensor design and adjustment, the grating sensor always has some defects. For example, the signal latitude is unstable and the signal middle voltage is drifting, etc. These defects affect the precision of the grating measurement instruments. This paper gives a new divide methtod that can effectively remedy these signal defects.
Abstract:A flat field hologrpahic concave grating is one whose spectral field is in a plane.If a multichannel photodetector receives spectrum signals on the plane,spectrum analysis can be more simply and quickly,and instantaneous spectrum analysis can be achieved.Not only loss of light energy will be less,but the spectrometer will also be miniature,with collimating and dispersing and converging by the grating.In this paper,we design the grating by the theory of holographic concave grating,and present the method which calculates the radius of the grating surface and the record parameters in the condition of the given mount parameters.Through rays tracing,we evaluate the designed grating by the spot diagrams of spectral images formed by the grating,and by the relevant line profiles.The results are satisfactory.

Abstract:Carrier modulated interpolation of Moire fringes is applied to the study of angle standard with radial gratings,which has divided the orthogonal Moire fringes signal into 20000 parts.The interpolation has achieved dynamic and static measurement.It can also dynamically measure the optical circular divided scales and radial gratings.
Abstract:A new single chip microcomputer subdivision system for moire fringe signals is presented in this paper.Applying flash-ADC,the system can transiently sample and convert the signals of high speed moire fringe,and determine their space position.Finally,some test results are given,and subdivision errors are analyzed.

Abstract:In this paper,the detection results in the case that laser light source has a certain space distribution of light intensity are critically analysed on the basis of detecting principle of optic-deflection ultra microforce detecting.We find that the space distribution of light intensity of the laser source has no influence on the detecting results on the condition of ultra-microforce detecting.That is the output of PSD completely and correctly reflects the value of the force acting on cantilever.Howeve,with different values of force acting on cantilever the lights corresponding to the position of weight center of light spot detected by PSD are different.Calculation method and calculation example of the variation of the space distribution of light intensity of incident light after reflected by the deflected cantilever are also given,and suggestion for further extraction the information of the above mentioned variation from the reflected beam and putting it in use is pointed out in the article.

Abstract:To find out the way of further improving the measuring precision,this paper has analysed in detail the factors in fluencing upon the precision of image measurement system,such as luminary field noise,warm electron noise,CCD properties effect,lens distortion,quantization error,line- jitter,the effects of temperature,vibration and cable termination.The effective methods to eliminate or reduce these errors have also been given out.
Abstract:Study of radial gratings used in Angle Standard(Angle Standard),which is a measure instrument with optics,mechanics,electronics and computer technique,lays a solid foundation for measure angle with high accuracy.Applying computer error revision technique,the instrument can obtain higher measure accuracy.On the basic of analysis of systematic error from dividing standard and subdivision unit,the methods of measure and revision of the systematic errors are described in this paper.
