Abstract:Micro assembly is one key techniques in realizing MEMS. In this paper, two micro assembly systems, one based on the SEM technique, the other on the traditional optical microscope (TOM), are proposed, their features are analyzed and their construction and key design techniques are described. The micro assembly system that based on the SEM technique is found to have the quality of high resolution, large focus depth and the ability of nano score operation. One of the disadvantage is its high cost and complex operation. On the other hand, the system that based on the TOM is easy to operate and much economical. It is a valid technique for our project.
Abstract:Through the technology process of evaporating Si0 Au high reflecting coatings on GaAs laser back cavity surface, we analysed the coating characteristics. The reflectivity have been increased from 32%, in the case of no coatings, to above 94%.By this, the device cavity surfaces have been protected. The laser output power and working lifetime have been enhanced.
Abstract:The Strong-coupled systems of the optical field and the narrow-band crystals are found to exist a new kind of elementary excitation-energy-level excitation. The energy spectrum and some other properties of this exciation are analysed and some kinds of states of the excitation are prepared by controling the states of the incident optical field.

Abstract:Based on the harmonic drive kinematic feature, the interfence control model(ICM) is presented for calculating the theoretical meshing arcus length in this paper. Then, the theoretical meshing arcus length and the simutaneous meshing tooth numbers of Four-Tooth and two-tooth difference harmonic drive are analyzed . At last, the conclusion that the former transmission accuracy lever is more than ten percent of the latter is obtained under the condition of same reference diameter, same ratio, same radial deflection, same rim thickness and same manufacture accuracy.
Abstract:Geometric errors are the most significant sources which affect the accuracy of Ultra-precision manufacturing tremendously. The spindle deviation is one of the main kind of them. With the destination to increase the accuracy of Ultra-precision lathe, it is necessary to measure and regulate this parameter while installing, adjusting and periodical inspection it. In this paper, a technique based on computer control for automatic detecting, separating and compensating spindle deviation is proposed. System constitutes and work principle are discussed in detail. A conclusion is conducted from the final experiments that the errors of spindle deviation within 0 5 arcsec could be maintained using this technique.
Abstract:Acting principle of carrying error uniformity of dividing worm wheel in circular dividing machine has been analyzed by theory of dynamics. The theory of error uniformity in the state of working for precision machine was implemented and completed.
Abstract:SMA microclamp is a kind of microclamp made of Shape Memory Alloy. It utilize the close and open of the microclamp by the shape memory characteristic of this functional marterial. The energy source of the microclamp is the heat energy, which means the change on temperature of the microclamp, and input/output of the thermoenergy between the microclamp and the outside. This article try to analyse the simple dynamic problem of the microclamp by the thermodynamics. It is considered that when temperature begins to fall down under Ms, martensite and the untransformed mother-phase are in a kind of thermobalance. We try to use the equations in martensite transform to get the mathematical relationship between the dynamics of the microclamp and the temperature, also including some useful results for design and fabrication of the microclamp. We hope these results will form the work principle base for SMA microclamp.
Abstract:In present work, mirror turning is carried out using man-made diamond cutting tool(PCD) and ordinary precision lathe, showing important practical value and economical benefit.
Abstract:In the paper, a glossness sensor with optic fiber is presented. The detector head of the sensor is small in value, is easy for use. The measurement system made of the sensor is capable of resisting the surrounding disturbance. It is may be used to measure glossness of product such as paper and cloth on line.

Abstract:The viberational charactaristics of the optic instruments in flying platform is discussed . The viberational infection to its optic resolution is analysised, and the equation of viberation to displacement of image point is established, Meanwhile, a practice rule of mount damper design of these instruments is given and a design process of the damper of a new design aero camera is demonstrated as a example.
Abstract:A new simulator for the sun light at the surface of the earth which is used for medical health is studied in detail in this paper. First, the design requirement and the main specifications are discussed. The radiation source as the core unit of the instrument is discussed. Several feasible concept of optical system are analyzed and compared on terms of spectral transmission and uniformity, and the experimental results are presented. Finally, the main performances are showed for two types of simulator.
Abstract:This paper introduced the self stabilization method of feedforward control in the measurement ship with inertical guidance system. It analysed interference velocity produced by measurement ship swing and gived experiment result. The method compared with the mathod of rate-gyro self-stabilization.

Abstract:In this paper the principle of laser triangulation technique is described, the related formulae are derived, the factors wihich affect the measurements accuracy of triangulation technique are analysed. We introduce the design of non contact laser otpical probe based on the triangulation technique, give the experimental results, review the applications of triangulation techniqne.
Abstract:This paper describes the principle of end-point monitoring of the plasma etch and the reactive ion etch for LSI by the optical reflection, and implementation of the optical reflection. The minimum area monitored of 0.3cm2 and the dynamic monitoring accuracy of less than 80 Å have been obtained by the instrument designed. We compared monitored result of the optical reflection with the emission spectroscopy. Finally the factor influenced on monitoring precsion of the optical reflection is discussed in the paper, and put forward solvable methods.
Abstract:The main reason of middle period errors occuring on radial gratings is discussed, and the methods of measure and evaluation on them are also introduced in this paper.

Abstract:The rate equations for a continuous four-level laser are solved in this letter, taking into account the finite lower-level lifetime and the crystal field splitting of the laser levels. It is shown that the existence of this finite lower-level lifetime raises the threshold, nonlinearizes the in-and-out relationship and acts as an ultimate role in limiting the achievable output power for a four-level laser, instead of the ideal case of infinite achievable power while the relaxation from the lower-level is regarded as instantaneous.
