Abstract:A C4P synthesis design/manufacture system is presented for opti mechanics structure. Each part of the system is stated and an example by terms of software and hardware is given. Finally, strategies to realize a C4P system are stated briefly.

Abstract:The importance of design sensitivity analysis and optimization technology is expounded. The principle and method of design sensitivity analysis and optimization technology are used in MSC/NASTRAN. Using the finite element program MSC/NASTRAN, the paper used the technology on a space telescope basing on the optical and mechanical system's requirements, and improved it effectively.

Abstract:The thermal requirement of the optical window are calculated in this paper by FEM, the on orbit thermal properties and thermal response of the window under space thermal environment are analyzed,after the thermal control methods are taken, the temperature distribution and temperature variation of the window are much improved.
Abstract:A space optical tube is a typical thin cylindrical shell structure,and thin cylindrical shell is widely used in the field of aircraft 、spacecraft and ships.Hence,the dynamic characteristics of this kind of shell have been studied extensively. In order to improve the static characteristics of the shell, stiffeners have found wide applications to stiffen the shell.It is unknown that how the dynamic characteristics of the shell change.The purpose of the present work is to analyze the dynamic characteristics of thin cylindrical shell with axial and circular stiffeners, and the changes of the dynamic characteristics which are affected by the stiffeners parameters.
Abstract:The advantage and disadvantage of Zernike polynomials is stated, and an approach to treating with the surface figure error of mirror/lens by means of surface equation is presented. The advantage and limitation of the method is discussed.

Abstract:The contact between printing rollers is one of the most generic and important techniques to study. A numerical model of a soft rolling contact is introduced for a non-Newtonian fluid. The governing equations with regard to fluid pressure are derived using the Galerkin weighted residual method, and the equations with regard to surface distortion are obtained by the application of the principles of virtual work. These equations are solved by finite element method.The numerical solutions of these equations are obtained by finite element method, which are compared with the experimental data. The results show that a agreement is achieved.

Abstract:The soft elastic rolling contact is on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) of rollers with a elastic layer. It is concerned with the interaction between the deformation of the soft elastomer covering on the roller and fluid pressure. Because the layer is easily deformable, and there is an engagement between the two rollers, the contact is one of the most difficult areas to model successfully using common methods. The hydrodynamic equation is transformed into a form of boundary integral equation and surface distortion is obtained from boundary integral equations in order to achieve the simultaneous iterative solution of the governing equations. The contact behaviour is investigated in this paper by means of boundary element method. The results highlight the main roller train design and operating parameters for the contact, and show that the method is efficient for such layered problems.
