Abstract:In CIE 1976(L*a*b*)uniform color space,a kind of wieght factor of spectrophotometric color matching is proposed.The wieght factor makes ∑j[ΔE(λj)]2→min.Experiments show color difference produced by the weight factor is smaller than that produced by both of two factors which were designed by Schmid and Strockash.

Abstract:The underwater imaging systems such as underwater camera,video camera,and rang gated system with laser used in water are improtant tools for ocean researching.But the water has very special property for the light in it,such as scattering and attenuating.The circumstance where underwater imaging systems are being used is also very different form in the air.So it is much more difficult to design the lenses used in water compared with on land.To work properly,the lenses of the underwater imaging systems must be designed specially.This paper is main about the design of the lenses of the underwater imaging systems.All the improtant points for designing the lenses of underwater imaging system are mentioned,and an example is given in the last of the paper.
Abstract:The study introduces characteristic point image obtain in probe imaging vision coordinate measuring system,proposes centroid algorithm using bilinear interpolation and proves it can improve accuracy of centroid algorithm by increase points.The experiments have show the validity and feasibility of the arithmetic.
Abstract:This paper gives out a method to obtain a centre of mass of picture object. It is applied to a series of the high speed and parallel process particular TMS320 DSP. A center of mass of picture object is obtained really time and quickly by a computer software and hardware composed.
Abstract:With the enlargement of the application of piezoelectric element,more and more scholars pay close attentions to the fundamental characteristics of piezoelectric element.In this paper,the fundamental characteristics such as displacement vs.voltage characteristics is described and analyzed in detail,The normalization model of piezoelectric element is given and the displacement characteristics of typical piezoelectric elements home and abroad is analyed.

Abstract:Based on the previous work,this paper analyses the reason for small self excited vibration of the aerostatic x-y stage,which reduce the positioning accuracy.The technical scheme of controlling self excited vibration of x-y stage is proposed by reducing the orifice diameter and changing its structure.After theoretical calculation and experimental validation,the above method can achieve a good effect on reduction of self excited vibration.
Abstract:The method for optimizing the angle positions of the probes in roundness and spindle error motion measurement with three point method is discussed in this paper.By an analysis on the effect of the reading errors of the probes on the accuracy for roundness and all the harmonics measurements,the strategies for otpimizing the angular positions of the three probes are proposed,the optimal angle positions for the three probes are calculated by an efficient optimization algorithm based on Monte Carlo method and simplex pattern sweep method with high accuracy.The study shows that the distortion of the roundness measured by threee point method can be solved satisfactorily by optimizing the angle positions of the probes based on error analysis,the random pattern sweep method is the efficient means for optimzing the angular positions of the probes.
Abstract:Studying form the main geometric parameters and matching tolerance of screws,this paper analyses the geometric process of the early screwing state on flexible assemblies of screws with robots,obtains the mathematics expressions of allowable deviation of positions and angles between screw mating parts,which restrict the deviation area of the rotation center position of robot clip devices.The results of the paper play an improtant guiding role for the flexibility design of robot clip devices and the active position adjustment and control technology of robot.
Abstract:Fine and ultraprecision technology are one of the most development trend of machining. This paper describes the appliance of the granite in the high precision apparatus and its characteristics in details. The processing methods, the final finished accuracy and a kind of granite airfloat guides structure are briefly introduced. It will play a positive role for the granite spreading and application.
Abstract:Millimeter size machines based on modern precision machining have potential application in industry.Specially in case of small pipe with diameter samller than 1 inch,it is required to develop new type micro robot for maintenance or inspection of inside defects.Considering of the advantage of electro magnet type actuators with simple structure,long stroke,high response and easy control,we do try to develop of a new mobile micro robot in pipe based on interaction of magnetic attraction and spring force.This paper describes the structure and design.The dimension of prototype is Φ15×30mm,weight is 25g.It can climb in pipe of Φ20mm diameter with speed about 6~8mm/s in horizontal and in vertical under applied voltage 14~20V,30~70Hz.
Abstract:The success of the design of a new structure microhand with SME has improved the research on micro mechanics of our country.In this paper,the principle,the structure,the driving method and the control of microhand are introduced.The performance index is also discussed.
Abstract:Driving mechanism of longitudinal bending piezoelectric motor has been analyzed.The relationship between the output power and the dip angle,the length to width ratio of the driving beam,the pressure on the rotator has been established,which forms a basis of optical design for longitudinal bending piezoelectric motor.
Abstract:This paper reports a simple process using photoresist as sacrificial layers to fabricate movable microstructures.Movable elements and fixed elements are fabricated simultaneously.The number of required masks is decreased to the least.Comparing with all the existing sacrificial layer materials,the photoresist being used as sacrificial layers has some advantages.The photoresist can be spin coated simply and patterned directly.Otherwise,using photoresist as sacrificial layers does not restrict the thickness of structures and the choice of materials.After some optimization have been taken,the cleanliness of the structures,the adhesion between the fixed elements and the substrate,the speed of the photoresist removal have been improved.

Abstract:An on line ultraviolet analyzer for aromatic hydrocarbon content in petroleum was developed.The instrument adopts concave holographic grating double monochromator and a unique sampling system,and can test lubricant oil of absorbance up to 7Abs.in on line analysis without diluting in petroleum productive field.It has been operated in productive field for five years and given accuracy of better than 95%,failure free operation rate of better than 97%.It will open the new road for the quality monitoring,the optimizing operation in process of lubricant oil’s product and the applying of spectral technology in pertrochemical industry.

Abstract:In this paper the desired structure and performance of soft X ray and VUV Fourier transform spectrometer which in developing are described in brief.Some factors which can effect the spectral resolution and the shifts of the line positions are discussed and analyzed.We have obtained numerical simulations of spectral line by using the practical instrument parameters and a kind of FFT algorithm for large number data.

Abstract:This paper introduces the principle and the instrument of a high resolution grazing incidence soft x-ray and VUV monochromator for beam foil spectroscopy experiment. Test results of instrumental performances and spectral experiments are presented.

Abstract:Flowing form of resist forced by gravity during process of dip coating is analyzed in this paper. Relationship among parameters of pulling speed, viscosity & coated resist thickness have been deduced in the view of liquid dynamics. Measured by practical dip coating and experiment, the changing rule reflected by the theoretical results is coincide well with the measuring data.

Abstract:This paper presents an optical polishing technology cryogenic polishing technology.The polishing liquid is frozen into polisher layer at low temperature at first and then polishing experiments on monocrystalline silicon are taken.It has been shown that this technology is a good new way to polish optical materials.
Abstract:This paper gives a high precision technique,which use to adjust electron cathode and rf circuits concentricity for high frequency millimeter wave applications.These rf circuits,with diameter 0.2mm,must be aligned from the cathode to the collector.A laser alignment system can measure and adjust the concentricity from cathode to rf circuits.The laser beam through the pinhole in the cathode and the rf circuits was received by a photodetector in the collector area.This technique is simple and can adjust the concentricity very well.
Abstract:This paper introduces a method which completes‘AGC’with the help of black reference pixel CCD143A. The method simplifies circut structure,which not only enhances the system stability and test precision ,but also adequately utilizes resources of CCD resolution .In addition, using supplementary pixels reasonably will benefit signal processing with great convenience.
Abstract:In condition of the average square root undulation of scattering surfaces smaller than the incident waveleength, the deviation produced by two and more than two order perturbations is cauculated and the accuration of cauculating roughness parameter of scattering surfaces from differential angular distribution of scattering field is analysed in this paper.

Abstract:The influence of a single steel ball supporting and some steels supporting to the measure accuracy is described in V-type method measuring axis-neck. The structure of some steel balls supporting is designed and two sets of practical data are given. In according to the comparison of the data, some measurement errors will be caused when different supporting structures are used.
