Abstract:The development of CAD tool used in the research and design of microsystems is very important. The modeling levels of a CAD system is discussed in this paper, the research situation of several CAD program at present is introduced, and also two essential problems existing in this research area are pointed out.

Abstract:This paper introduces a novel computing method of mapping curvilinear on free formed surfaces. The method turns the sophisticated computing problem of three dimensional space into computing problem of two dimensional space with parameters, and results in improving the computing efficiency, through changing the problem of the mapping from any direction curvilinear to free formed surface into the problem of working out the intersecting points of a number of curvilinear with same parameters and general cylindrical surfaces. All of curvilinear and free formed surfaces are expressed in the same form for the utility of NURBS method, and it is advantage for the subsequent treating.

Abstract:An approach to the calculation the view factors and orbit external thermal fluxes of the sun radiation, the earth radiation and its reflection on a space optical remote sense are described on the assumption of discrete plane, and the corresponding computer program and interface program with software PATRAN are developed. The software has found application in the thermal engineering analysis of a space optical window system. Moreover, basically, it is also suitable for other space projects.

Abstract:When a remote sensing camera is working in the space, it will be affected by a lot of dynamic disturbance. How the disturbance affects the image quality of camera is paid more attention. It is very important to analyze the disturbance clearly and to know the response of optical system and its optical element due to the disturbance. The space dynamic disturbance is studied detailed in this paper, finite element model of spacecraft and remote sensing camera is established, and the response of remote sensing camera and its optical elements due to the disturbance is calculated.
Abstract:When a space camera which is kept in a spacecraft is working in the space, spacecraft and the optical system of the camera will vibrate because of the existence of space dynamic interruption. So the image point of an object will move during the exposure. For an optical system, the result of motion of the image point will be a degradation of image quality. An analysis method on image point motion due to vibration — coordinates transformation method is discussed in this paper. To illustrate this method, the image motion was calculated due to the primary mirror vibration.
Abstract:The scheme of length and round mirror & its basic support structure is introduced . The static analysis of mirror with support structure was made by means of FEM , The mirror is improved & its structure is selected to meet the WFE specification.

Abstract:The mathematical model of injection mold filling process has been set up, based on the mathematical model of Hele shaw flow. Injection mold filling process of thermal dissipating sielter of the car has been simulated, which applying MLODFLOW injection mold filling analysis. The main problems that affect on product quality, for exemple, unfilled mold, poor meld strength have been investigated, and solved.
Abstract:By means of computer aided engineering analysis, the mechanical analysis of parabolic greenhouse on different loads was performed. The most dangerous load combination was determined so as to provide scientific basis for practical design and application.
Abstract:The point contact problem is mainly concerned with study the mechanical properties of motional spherical components subjected to load. Generally, it is represented by a ball and a plane. The Reynolds equation is transformed into discrete equations using multigrid method which is solved by the iteration techniques, and surface distortion is obtained by a multi integration method. The film thickness, elastic deformation and pressure profiles are investigated with reference to parameters of geometry, speed, load, Poisson's ratio and viscosity of fluid. The results show that the basic characteristic of point contact is easily revealed employing the technique. Meanwhile, the numerical scheme proved to be very effective for such contact problems.

Abstract:This paper gives an example of fast construction of a kind of economical and practical CAPP system through the development of CIOM-CAPP system. It realizes the connection between CAPP system based on RDBMS and CAD software by using OLE technology. It can improve the efficiency of process design and decrease data redundancy using mould and coding technology.
Abstract:Almost all of the mechanism simulation software is for the rigid objects, and the kinematics principle is relatively simple. It's not suitable for the practical project, espacilly for the invariable shape objects. The problem can be solved synthetically and nimbly employing the functions (Assembly, Interpart equation, Macro, High Quality Photo, etc.) in program UGII. Good image quality can be gained.

Abstract:According to prediction coding system proposed by Mika Helsingius, the improved method of AC prediction in real time digital image process was suggested and applied to simulation experiment of the image compression on computer. The favorble results were gotten when CR was less than 8:1.

Abstract:According to Jussi Lammi′s sub pixel related shift measurement method , the novel method based on the sub pixel shifting measuring method was proposed. The method was verified to fit practical application. The sub pixel shift result from coding algorithm was estimated efficiently by new method and computed on C language program. This method was applied to JPEG algorithm and compared with Jusssi Lammi's method, the identical results had gotten.
