Abstract:New remote sensing stereo imaging technology is a new technology developed in 1980's. After a brief description of the principle about three line opto-electronic scanning digital photogrammetric system,the principal parameters of the system, including the optical system's parameter have been studied in detail and the optical system satisfying the technique requirments is designed.

Abstract:Based on the Maxwell equation and the boundary continuity of electromagnetic field,the vector theory analysis method-the rigorous coupled-wave analysis technique for describing the diffraction of electromagnetic waves by any shape profile gratings for both TE and TM polarization is presented. For any shape profile gratings,the distribution of diffraction efficiency with TE and TM polarization are given.The effect of grating structure parameters, incident angle and polarization on field is investigated.

Abstract:Based on the theory of scalar diffraction and on the Fourier optics, a formula of the diffractive efficiency with alignment error for the 4-step Fresnel lens is obtained. Taking 4-step and 8-step and 16-step Fresnel lens for example, the effect of alignment error on diffractive efficiency is analyzed systematically and simulated by computer. The results of computer simulation can provide theoretical basis for the fabrication of 16-step Fresnel lens.
Abstract:In order to determine every order′s or total diffractive efficiencies of real conductor UV blazed gratings under different mounting conditions, supported by the Reciprocity Theorem and the Equivalent Field Principle, one Multiple Kirchhoff Integral Method for solving the efficiencies of metal blazed gratings is developed in our laboratory.Using this method, the efficiency curves of different parameter UV aluminum blazed gratings under different mounting conditions are calculated and compared with the experimental result. The comparison show that the polarization of the incident beam has a great impact on the diffractive efficiencies of gratings.
Abstract:This paper theoretically studied the properties of the mode structure and modes evolution of a slab waveguide CO2 laser with a far field intensity distribution of a single spatially suppressed peak. To well explain the experimental result, physical model based on the Diffractive Optics was proposed in this paper. A self-consistent mode equation under condition of waveguide wall was set up. By the use of the numerical method, the self-consistent mode was solved under the condition of waveguide wall. The theoretical results show that the farfield of the mode is single peak while its nearfield is a multiple spots. These theoretical results well agree with the obtained experimental result.
Abstract:A Cr:YAG saturable absorber is inserted into a quantum well LD end pumped Nd:YVO4 laser and passively Q-switched pulses at the wavelength of 1.06μm is observed.With the absorbed pump power of 528.3mW, output pulse train with repetition rate of 158.7kHz and an energy of 0.19μJ, FWHM width of 32ns is reported.
Abstract:The possibility for cladding nickel bases alloy on H62 brass by laser is investigated for the first time. Microstructure was observed by SEM. The structural shape and constituent change of the cladding layer, the bonding zone and the heat-affected zone were analysed. The experimental results show that it is the laser beam of high energy density that make microstructure fined obviously. The cladding layers mostly consist of γ-Ni, Ni3B, CrB, M23(CB)6. There produces metallurgical combination of cladding layers and bases. The heat-affected zone with coarsing structure is caused by the effect of temperature gradient on the bases.
Abstract:The constitution of PCI controller S5933 is introduced. The concepts,performances and applied methods of Mailboxes, FIFO and Pass-Thru are described. By using S5933 PCI controller as a basic component, a method for obtaining double-route high speed, huge capacity and real time data acquisition for high resolution imaging spectrometer is presented. In this method, PCI controller′s FIFO working model and double route parallel technique are adopted to achieve real time data acquisition and storage. Experiments prove that the speed can reach to 8MB/s, meeting the demand completely. This method has the features of simple circuite, high speed and easy extending.

Abstract:The composition and feature of LIGA technology was explicated. The principles of LIGA process on mask, X-ray lithography, electroform and model were analyzed. The X-ray lithography mask using polyamide as substrate and using Au as a absorber was fabricated by one step forming. The synchronous radiation X-ray lithography experiment using this kind of mask was made in Beijing Key Lab of the Synchronous Radiation. The PMMA linkage structure of micro electromagnetic motor with depth of 500μm and depth width radio of 8.3 was made. The SEM photo of X-ray lithography and mask was given. The electroform technique of Au and Ni metal thick film were studied, too.
Abstract:In order to enrich deficient DOF parallel mechanism models, a novel model of a 4-DOF plateform manipulator is presented. The degree of freedom and the characteristics of the mechanism model are discussed firstly. The solutions are developed for both the inverse and forward kinematics, which are very easy. Some numerical examples for the position kinematics are presented finally.
Abstract:According to the effects of spring exerting pressure and cutting high points, this paper studies in depth mechanism of ball superprecision lapping for the four shafts lapping machine, using initiative machining and homigenization error. By example of the totor lapping experiment of small sized electrostatic gyroscope, a basic lapping method for achieving ball superprecision lapping is introduced.
Abstract:Based on the requirement of robot screw flexible assembly pose alignment strategy, the paper briefly introduces the styles of robot end tip compliance. It proposes stiffness matrix based expression method, designs and produces a screw flexible clip with the characteristic of reasonable compliance. Experimental results show that the extended scope of pose compliance sets up a good foundation for the execution of robot screw flexible assembly.
Abstract:The tooth flank equations of plunge shaving cutter and conventional shaving cutter are deduced using the engagement principle for single-freedom and two-freedom respectively. The difference between the plunge shaving and the conventional shaving is pointed out from the meshing points of view. By analyzing and comparing the resutls, several conclusions are yielded and they are taken as the criteria for designing and grinding a plunge shaving cutter.
Abstract:Rigidity of transmission chain must be calculated in precise transmission, especially in precise transmission of close control. Rigidity of transmission chain, which consists of lead screw, is discussed in this paper. Significance of transmission chain is also analyzed in position close control. Simultaneously, calculating dimension of rigidity of transmission chain of lead screw is put forward. Finally, transformation equation of twist rigidity of lead screw and dragging and pressing rigidity is inferred in this paper. Rigidity of transmission chain of lead screw can be calculated conveniently by using transformation equation of dimension.
Abstract:The principle of rubber and soft wood antivibration system is stated simply and analyzed by its mathematics model. The methods of isolating vibration are put forward. In order to calculate the antivibration system accurately, the article lists the calculating formulas of the rigidity and inherent frequency of rubber and soft wood. These formulas have been also used to calculate the practical system. The practical rubber and soft wood antivibration system has been measured, the practical amplitude of the system is obtained. The measuring result shows that this system can be used to isolate precision instruments from vibration.

Abstract:The prototype for soft X-ray projection lithography at 13nm wavelength is introduced. It includes a laser plasma source, an ellipsoidal condenser, a transmission mask, the Schwarzschild objective, a wafer and the associated vacuum apparatus. The optical design is optimized to achieve smaller resolution than 0.2μm over a 0.1mm diameter image field of view.
Abstract:Briefly presented the Timing Generator's functions:it generates various kinds of impulse sequence for the focal plane unit and vision processor and acts as the synchronous coordinator for time in the CCD imaging unit. The CCD Timing Generator's architecture and its working process were analyzed. The interface relation between the CCD Timing Generator and CCD controller was also discussed.Based on the ISP technology and by utilizing the Expert soft system, the design process of the Timing Generator and the function simulation were presented. By using the ispLSI devices, the scheme was implemented in the end. The experiments indicate that the new method improved the integrated level of the system. The CCD camera system's high reliability, stability and low power supply are achieved. At the meantime, the period of design and experiment is sharply shorted.
Abstract:Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)as controllable switch, has been applied widely. Technique of gate driving is an important aspect in IGBT usage. In this paper, technique of gate driving and protection of IGBT are described. Three examples of IGBT gate driving circuit are presented.
Abstract:The working principle of binary optics laser direct writting device is introduced. Method of high resolution focussing servo is discussed. The principle of two steps focussing servo system,which consists of motor and piezoelectric ceramic,is analysed. The method of two point probe focus is proposed to resolve the problem of the jog of focus, and unitization processing is used to eliminate the change of laser power. At last,the curve of the focussing result is given.
Abstract:The Michelson interferometer is used for fiber optical strain sensor, which is consisted of He-Ne laser, single-Mode optical fiber and optical fiber coupler. The divider is used to eliminate the attitude fluctuation from the laser and to get high resolution. The growing mirror on the end of optical fiber is used to increase the ability in anti-disturbance. The input and output signals are on the same side, which make the sensor easily applied.
Abstract:Based on the cumulative operator and its algorithm, fundamental principle of Cumulative sum Method is presented. Taking error modification of a transducer for instance, the application of the method is introduced in the field of measurement data processing. This novel data processing method features simplicity, perception, and non direct treatment of residual error of models, and is especially employed to estimate parameters of multi-variable high order non-linear models or to analyze sequential data.
Abstract:A method is presented for ultra-precision two-degree-of-reedom measurement(TDFM)based on image processing of interferential fringes in real time, which are generated by three concentric-circle gratings and captured by CCD(Charge coupled Device)camera. The basic measuring principles are described in this paper including the generation of Moiré fringes of concentric circle gratings, three-grating-system, imaging optics, and the method of image processing. The actual measuring system is analyzed and calibrated through experiments and the measurement results are compared with laser interferometer system. Test shows that this system can be adopted to on-line measurement and compensation of ultra-precision process. It has a long measuring range of 200mm and can measure two dimensional error components at the same time with an accuracy of better than 0.1μm.
Abstract:A new, simple and high speed CCD camera calibration procedure intended for a vision inspection application, where many intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of every CCD camera are to be determined, is presented. The key parameters of CCD camera are gradually derived by linear algorithm and vector analysis. This camera calibration technique is proved to be accurate and high speed. It is practical and simple for algorithm analysis, and is applied to camera parameters calibrating for many CCD cameras in normal vision inspection system,especially for multi vision sensors in large sized-vision inspection system.The calibration error is better than 0.05 mm.
