Abstract:The developing of magnetic media assisted finishing technology in the last 20 years is reviewed in this paper. Producing, developing, mechanism and micromechanism and mathematical model of magnetorheological finishing are described in detail. The key technology and the future of finishing are also given in the paper.

Abstract:Based on the remote sensing digital image information carrier semiconductor solid state image data recorder, the data error types and their countermeasure were analyzed. According to the organization of semiconductor recorder, the principle of selecting the error correcting codes was presented and the performance of the error correcting codes was analyzed. Because of its special ability in correcting the burst error and random error of semiconductor solid state image data recorder, the RS error correcting codes'organization and performance were discussed in detail. Further more, the procedure of RS codes'encoding and decoding were also under ours discussion. The progresses of RS code's decoding algorithm are also discussed. In the end, we present the technology of data interleaving.

Abstract:This paper gives a detailed analysis of non vision 3D coordinates measuring methods with feature points on workpiece, such as platform height gauge method, electronic theodolite method, Coordinate Measuring Machine method, radar ranging method, moire fringe ranging method, tracking interferoemter ranging method, etc.. The characteristics and measuring precision of each method are analyzed detailedly, meanwhile the current development and application status are also introduced.
Abstract:Based on the Maxwell equation and the boundary continuity of electromagnetic field ,the vector theory analysis method the rigorous coupled-wave analysis technique for describing the diffraction of electromagnetic waves by binary gratings for both TE and TM polarization is presented. By using the rigorous coupled wave theory the diffraction characteristics of the binary phase gratings are analyzed.. The examples demonstrate the accuracy and the stability of the rigorous coupled-wave method. The effects of grating period, the grating depth ,and incident angle on the grating diffraction characteristics are investigated.
Abstract:It proves that adjacent band HRIS images have strong cross correlation, and presents a correlation correcting method by applying this characteristic and interpolation method. The correlation correcting method includes two steps, the first is detecting distorted pixels by using correlation, it’s purpose is to reduce images change and time cost; the second is utilizing surface fitting method to correct distorted pixels. Experiments have proved the method has a good effect, and its has been applied in practical data processing in HRIS.
Abstract:In order to verify the dynamics characteristic of a space remote sensing camera, spacecraft and camera dynamics coupling test is needed. To improve the reliability of the camera, a coupling test should be carried out with a test model instead of the camera. So a test model of camera must be studied at first. Dynamics analysis of the space remote sensing camera was carried out at first, and then the demand for dynamics characteristics of the camera’s test model was put forward. The mass equivalence between test model and camera is realized with UnigraphicII software in this paper. Based on the sensitivity analysis of structural parameters of camera with respect to each mode of spacecraft and camera coupling system, stiffness equivalence was realized with classical theoretical analysis and natural frequency optimization. The dynamics coupling test between spacecraft and test model was similar to the test between spacecraft and camera. The method to develop a test model applied in this paper will be a reference to some other dynamics coupling test.

Abstract:Cam Mechanism is wide used in many high accuracy movement systems because of its excellent characteristics. This paper introduces the modeling method of electromechanical system with cam mechanism and the designs of simulation program based on discrete method. The model considers most of the nonlinear characteristics, such as the changing load torque, the changing moment of inertia and the transaction clearance between the cam and the slave mechanism. It can be used in the studying of control strategy of the electromechanical systems with cam mechanism. The simulating results convince that the model given is correct.

Abstract:Thrust misalignment is one of the factors of effecting closeness of rocket, the six component test set can measure thrust misalignment. The basic principle of six component test set and the general step of modeling with time series analysis method is presented and data processing and modeling is carried out to understand the set’s dynamic character in this paper. Result of modeling is ARMA(2,1),it accord with the result of theoretical analysis. Frequency and damping ratio can be gotten by analyzing model, it will provide some help to improve the configuration of the six component test set.

Abstract:The etching technology using excimer laser has extensive application prospect in micromachine. The microstructure fabrications by using this technology have the merits such as large depth width ratio, high precision, and simple techniques. The principle of excimer laser etching is analyzed. The technical method and the technical condition are explored. Especially, mask structure and fabrication technology is studied.Three kinds of mask structure are etched by using excimer laser and simple equipment. The polymer micro machine components with depth of 50μm have been fabricated after experiment.

Abstract:Photolithographic patterning and thin film deposition were used for manufacturing multilevel diffractive optical element(DOE). Fabrication errors and its affecting factors were analyzed for multilevel DOE in this paper. Calibration method was come up with to modify alignment error. It was proved by actual manufacturing process that this method is available for aligning positioning error.

Abstract:Working functions of the small polishing pad that works in two motion models are discussed in the process of computer controlled optical polishing, one model is planet motion, the other is translation. Also, The wearing distribution of the polishing pad in two motions is introduced. At last, the performance curve and wearing distribution curve of the polishing pad are worked out by computer simulation. By means of analyse and comparison in two model simulation results, a better motion model is selected to be used in future process of computer controlled optical polishing.
Abstract:Ultrafine diamond powder synthesized by explosive detonation is a kind of new nano material with different properties from diamond powder we usually employ as abrasive. We used this kind of diamond as polishing abrasive in the superpolishing experiments on YVO 4. This paper describes the characteristics of this kind of diamond as polishing materials. Supersmooth surfaces were achieved with roughness less than 1 nm after the primary experiments. K
Abstract:Equipment of wiring with fixed tension on Dewar bottle to detect IR thermoimage had been developed. A special tension sensor with sensitivity of~0.23±0.01mV/g in the range of 0-500g was used. The signal compared with a standard voltage passes through PID calculator. One of the output signal passes through an absolute value amplifier into a V-F oscillator to generate frequency signal, another one gives a direction signal passing a gate circuit to control the stepper motor speed. Wiring tension precision of this system is less than 1g in the range of 10 to 500g. The one step distance of the stepper motor is 0.15mm. Wiring is suitable for the frame with more than 180 wires and length more than 200mm.
Abstract:Theodolite can measure level angle and height angle with goal relative to station and can point spacecoordinate of goal through several theodolite joining measure or single survey. Thereby amount of the three error axis of theodolite directly affect measures precision. This paper introduces the three error axis of theodolite with the utilization of the coordinate to the variation and makes the comparison between the result and the utilization of spherule trigonometry. Thereby for the new method of the three-error axis of theodolite was searched.
Abstract:The measurement principle of the stabilizing accuracy of the aiming line of the image stabilizer is introduced systematically in this paper. The main techniques, such as ambient simulating, image processing and data fitting, are described in detail. The measurement methods and steps also are given. The measurement accuracy is improved by calibrating. An example of measurement is given in the end.

Abstract:The wide use of phase stepping interferometry has greatly facilitated the development of phase unwrapping technique. When used in digital optical profiler, the phase unwrapping algorithm must be more general and robust, and has high efficiency. The two typical algorithms: the traditional algorithm and the least-squares algorithm have been discussed and examined by testing of an optical disk with the digital optical profiler we have developed. The experimental result shows that the least-squares algorithm is reliable and ideal.
Abstract:The theory of the two-wavelength white-light phase-shifting topography measuring system is described in brief. Many sources that lead to measuring errors are analyzed, and the relative error-calculating formulas and results are given. Their validity is verified by comparison with the simulated result and the measured result.

Abstract:Several algorithms for wavefront fitting using Zernike polynomial are studied. In order to avoid the computational error introduced by direct constructing normal equation group, the algorithms can be divided into two classes. One is Gram-Schmidt or covariance matrix method, in which we transform the base function set to meliorate the condition of the normal equation group. The other is called Householder transformation method, in which the matrix of inconsistent equation group is orthogonalized and triangulated using Householder transformation, and then the Zernike coefficients can be worked out by using a backsubstitution technique. It is proposed for the first time. Being a method that can avoid the computational error effectively and can be easily performed, it has proven to be a feasible and efficacious algorithm.
Abstract:A novel equipment for spy quantitative testing is presented in this paper. A light beam from a semiconductor laser diode converges into a line-shape by a cylindrical lens, projected onto the inner surface in a parallel direction with the pipe axis, and the information to be detected can be got from the deformed line. A special compact reflected-refracted prism group is designed for small pipes, ensuring that the line-shape light beam can be projected and then the deformed line can be imaged by a CCD camera. The image is captured into a computer by a 512×512 pixels image card for further processing, but without losing or changing any useful geometrical feature. The parameters such as pitch and depth can be measured on the monitor screen aided by the computer. The pipe diameter can also be measured by moving the stage along the pipe radius until the opposite inner surface is exactly illuminated and focused by the CCD objective lens. The experiment results show that the accuracy of ±17μm of pitch measurement, ±12μm of diameter measurement has been achieved, and it has a good future to application in industry.
Abstract:In order to probe if there has measuring precision difference between Roundness Measuring Instrument and V-tape Method in measuring roundness ,the article compares the two methods for measuring the axis'roundness on the principle and precision. The two methods are used to measure the roundness of the same axis neck and two groups of measuring results are obtained .From the measuring results we can conclude that the measuring precision of the two methods has the same magnitude order.
