Abstract:Due to the wide spectral responsivity and the excellent performance, the photodiode with Al2O3 photocathode is often used as a transfer standard detector of soft X-ray and Vacuum Ultraviolet spectral range. This paper describes the operating principle and the structure of Al2O3 photodiode developed in our Lab, as well as its manufacturing technology, discusses the method and equipment for the performance evaluation of the Al2O3 photodiode, and gives the measurement results.
Abstract:With the development of space science, plasma physics and short wavelength laser study in recent years, there is a great progress on soft X-ray and Vacuum Ultraviolet spectral radiation metrology. This paper discusses the operating principle, the structure and the performance of VUV rare gas ionization chamber standard detector developed in this Lab, describes the evaluating equipment of the detector performance which is based on McPherson 247 grazing incidence VUV monochromator, and finally presents the measurement results.
Abstract:Three types of Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS) device, Neotec 51A. Trebor-70 and the NIRS analyzer were made by Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics that were applied to measure moisture, protein fiber fat lysine, methionine, metabolism energy (ME) of 58 layer feed formulated in laboratory. By comparing the precision, reproduction, stability among these three devices the result indicated that the NIRS device made by Changchun Institute is comparable with the other two import devices in all performance. This NIRS device can be widely used to provide accurate and prompt on-line production for mixed feed analysis and the great bencfit will be achived to the feed mills.
Abstract:This paper presents a method of analysis and calculation for the UHV large section differential pumping system. A differential pumping system for the SR X-ray lithography beamline of BEPC (Beijing Electron Positron Collider) is calculated and designed.
Abstract:In the Bridgman-stockbarger system with definite temperture field and main growth foctors, we study the growth of CaF2 crystal in multi-crucibles and find that the thermal conductivity of crucibles and the crystal have serious influerce on not only the interface shape but also the crystal scattering. On the basis of theory and experiment, we find out the right crucible and growth device.
Abstract:In this paper the selection of the type and the structure parameters of a pantograph locomotion mechanism for a six-legged walking robot is discussed in detail. We give a method to design the transmission system and the mechanical structure. A design basis for developing and making the practical locomotion mechanism of a sixlegged walking robot is provided.

Abstract:Measurement principle of the errors of a variable axis-neck using V-type method is described. The circle errors and eccentricities for two sections of the variable axis-neck are accurately tested. Measurement method and calculating formula are given. Measured eccentricity is separated with the help of harmonic wave analysis. Finally a set of practical measurement data is presented.
Abstract:This experiment employed mass-spectro-meter comparison method to measure the leak coefficient of ultra-thin beryllium film(d=18μm) of X-ray lithography beam line of Bejing Electron-Positron Colliding Device at a specially designed equipment. To enhance the sensitivity of leak detecting, preset leak detecting method was also introduced. The calculation results show that the leak efficiency is about 10-5Pa· m3/s. It is consistent with the leak efficiency data of the imported Berylliurn film given by the test sheet.
Abstract:This paper introduces a coordinate measurment method of crossing point between the optical axis of its lens and CCD sensor using a XC-77CE CCD camera as an example. Beacuse the two fields in vedieo signals are processed in frame, the measurement resolution is equal to that of the CCD sensor. Horizontal measurment accuracy is ?1.5 elements and vertical is ?0.5 elements.
