Abstract:This paper descrlbes CAD parameter design for Gauss photo-objective and micro-objective by means of I-deas graphic software on VAX-Ⅱ system. It introduces all the processes of forming mechanical structure, and presents a method that solves the equal-angular stop parameters analytically.
Abstract:A BRV intense vacuum spark source has been designed. It offers several advantages, high intensity, extended and smooth continuum, a good viability. It is capable of producing a smooth continuum spectrum from the visible down to at least 4nm. Its reproducibility and stability is found to be better than 15%. It is best suited to use in the general laboratories which do not require the specific properties of the synchrotron radiation. It has widespread practical value in the field of research and technology of VUV spectroscopy, soft X ray microscopy and photoetching etc. The paper mainly describes the operation principle, the design thought and the specific structure of the source. The time-resolved spectra of the BRV plasma source has been studied at different wavelength in a range of 50-300 nm. The temporal response of optical pulse radiation on the order of millimicrosecond has been probed. We determined relative spectral distribution characteristic of the source. It is discussed that the influence of several outer discharge parameter on the spectral characterlstic and the discharge stability. By adding a cap made of teflon on top of the anode, the reproducibility and radiance have been improved further.
Abstract:In this paper, the design and experiment studies of a new type of camera shutter tester are described based on the Apple-Ⅱ microcomputer. The data for full exposure course of camera shutter from opening to closing are sampled with high speed data acquisition and storage circuits. After data processing, exposured curves of camera shutter or flash lamp are shown on screen of the Apple-Ⅱ computer. Designs of hardware and software for the system are introduced in detail and experiment results are given In the paper.
Abstract:In this paper,it's analysed and expounded the reason of the transverse image displacement in zoom system systematically,contrasted the effect on transverse image displacement of different contruction type and multiplying power of different cam-curve selection in zoom,system,provided the objective basis to track and surrey the premilinary type selection in zoom system design,put forward a effective method to rectify the transverse image displacement in zoom system applying in practical engineering,and produced a way to make the center error tolerance of component according to the transverse image displacement tolerance.

In this paper, two kinds of methods for the background counteraction of video signals are introduced with the final test results. The collected object signals supply two kinds of parameters of objects-width and light parameters. These are the basis of the TV real-time tracking.
Abstract:The main causes of uneven loading in planetary gearing are the tolerances of components in processing and assembly. The affect of each error is different to the even loading. This paper represents that the measurement can be accomplished by the method of measuring and comparing the values of the bending deformation on each shafts of planet gears to obtain dynamic even load condition in planetary gearing, and the affect levels of all kind errors are found for the even loading of planetary gearing, from the frequency analysis of the dynamic load fluctuation curves. This analysis is helpful for designing and manfacturing the planetary gearing.
Abstract:Meshing analysis theory of the loaded harmonic drive using symmetric disc wavegenerator was studied in this paper, and a CAD software package is developed. The software not only can analyse the meshing performance, select the meshing and constructive parameters, but also can realize the engineer drawing of the harmonic drive automaticly. Moreover the database, the spare parts pattern and the engineering symbol library is built up.
Abstract:This paper presents the meshing analysis theory and stress analysis method of the contrate harmonic gear drive, and introduces the DMCAD sofeware, by wich it also analyzes the meshing performance and the stress state of the drive with some conclusions.
Abstract:In this paper, the spectrum characteristics of Ti3+: Sapphire crystal are expounded in detail, theoritically; and the conditions for realizing the laser operation of Ti3+: Sapphire laser are studide thoroughly, too. Meanwhile, the numerical value optimum scheme of the cavity structure design of astigmatically compensated, Z-model cavity is put forward. In addition, the theoritical analyses are done for the mmutual relations between the threshold pump power and cavity structure or cavity loss, in which the CW laser operation is realized for Ti3+: Sapphire laser. By experimental researching, under room temperature condition, the wide band laser operation of Ti3+: Sapphire laser of the two-reflector cavity is achieved, by Q-switch SHG YAG laser longituditally pumping. The output wavelength is in the near IR scope. Meanwhile, the qualitative studies are done for the phenomenon that the laser operation is inflenced by the pulse energy, pulse breadth, beam radius, polarized characteristies of the pump light. Also, the same studies are done for the phenomenon that the reflector film is damaged by the pump light.
Abstract:This paper systematically describes the development of 10.6μm high power laser mirror, consisting of designing metal-dielectric coatings, selecting materials, the technique of preparation and measurement. A poly-fluoride(BaF2, SrF2, CeF3)low-index coating material of fine performance has been studied, and the crytal structure of the thin films prepared by using the new coating material has been analyzed. Three kinds of high power laser mirrors have been prepared, including protected silver coating R=99.0%; enhanced silver coating R=99.3%; super enhanced silver coating R=99.5%. The refectivity is measured with the instrument designed by ourself.
Abstract:Quarterwave plate as a light beam average component,is a key component in high power CO2 laser processing mechine.At oblique incidence the multilayer reflectors,including internal and external reflections,have different phase shifts for the two planes of polarlzation.Therefore the design of reflators with specific phase shift have been carried out by computer optimization.The purpose of this paper is to design coating with the relative difference of phase shifts of 90° at 10.6μm.The reflectors with the phase difference of 90°will act as a quarterwave plate.Some advantages over bulk quarterwave plates are that they may be used for any wavelength,may have higher precision of phase shift difference and large apertures.The two design methods,experimental techniques,results and errors analysis are presented.
Abstract:The paper describes the progress and the applied prospects of soft X-ray multilayer mirror.The period and nonperiod multilayer System are designed.In the wavelength 171Å 21 layersperiod and 17 layers nonperiod Mo/Si mirrors are fabricated by DC MCS technique.In the wavelength 256Å 21 layers period Mo/Si mirror is also fabricated by EBV technique.X-ray little angle diffraction experiment,AES analysis and reflectivity measurement are done to samples.Discussion of measurement results is given.

Abstract:This paper describes several precision control systems of laser cutting machine of optical disk for servo grooves and preformed information.They are the spindle servo,the microfeed carriage drive, the focus servo and the laser control.The paper also describes how to record preformed information on optical disk.It is obtained that the stability of angular velocity of spindle up to 5×10-6 and the accuracy of track pitch is 1.6μm±0.03μm.

Abstract:In this paper the method of improving the dynamic character of servo system for accurate positioning of the excutive mechanism is described.Using precision rotary pedestal with 3 axes as an example, both dynamical behauiovr of mechanical structure and frequency character of servo system are discussed simultaneously based on integrated mechanics and electric,by means of FEM,modal analysis and modal synthesis,and the unified mathematical model is founded.On the basis of solution.the sensitive factors to affect the stabilization of servo system are provided.The method of improving stabilization and the optimum design can be carried out.
Abstract:In this paper,a new method to measure the ruling errors of grating engine is given,it's theory and realizing process are shown.The ruling accuracy of the engine is given by this method.According to Stroke,we analysis the effect of the ruling errors to diffraction pattern.It is proved the calculated result is coincident with the actual pattern.On the basis of the result,we adjust the engine accurately.
