Abstract:This paper describles optical design of Multistage periscope with performance of And-nuclear radiation,which is developed successly recently. Overall light path arranging and initial parameter calculating are given;The abberration properties of optical system are investigated;The abberation balancing method and abberration curves is also given. Finally,the results of the periscope optical system is tested.
Abstract:A space-positon-coding version fitting to parallel MSD algoithm is proposed,and a 3-stage butterfly interconnection model of full-adder/subtractor is built,which is verificated by experiment. Therefore, effectively combination of parallel algorithm and parallel implementing structure is achieved.
Abstract:On the basis of optical triangulation theory,the analytical formulas of discernment error are derived,and the discernment error for trapezoid cross-section of coal heap with different height are calculated. According to the residue of formulas for double trapezoid integral and central limit theorem, the distribution function which are in accord with Gauss for discernment errors of total volumes are derived. Finally, some conclusions about error estimating for a series of cases are presented
Abstract:Principle of operation control system for a measuring instrument of coal heaps is presented. To assure operation reliability of the instrument, some steps which combined software with hardware together are described in detail in this paper.

Abstract:The high accuracy is commonly in conflict with the large-stroke in the feed system of Ultra-precision lathe, so one of the key technologies in presently Ultra-precision-maching is to develope a kind of feed system with better dynamic and stationary characteristic, large-stroke and high accuracy.This paper contributs a new kind of principle and its practical methol. It comprehensively utilizes computer technology,dynamic detection, signal processing, control theory, sensor and micro-displacement technologies etc. to divide the accurate feed into two parts; master feed and compensation feed. The two parts are harmoniously continuously controlled respectively. This method effectively solve the contradiction between the large-stroke and high accuracy. The technique can increase the positioning accuracy of common feed system by ten times and enlarge the stroke of the micro-feed system.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design foundation of the automatic supply system in gas dry-powder disperser for size determing-instrument, sets up its mathematic model, prives that the motion of this system is simple harmonic vibration through theory and experiment analysis, and points out the relation of the period and balance point of vibration with the concerned parameters. It has very important direct significance to the design of the system.

Abstract:This paper introduced a new type micro-displacement measurement instrument which has a high accuracy, called "digital capacitive micrometer". It can be used for the precision measurement of workpiece shape error and dimensions parameters and the dynamic tast of mechanical vibration and shock. Based on error analysis, improved methods are given for higher accuracy in the paper. Theoretical analysis and experiment show that the improving measures are effective.

Abstract:This thesis discusses how to arrange and design the mechanical probe system used for great leadscrew workpiece on five-meter-long leadscrow grinder. This measurement is proved to be very successful. It does not need any special five-meter dynamic measuring instruments. The light and portable deflection probe can be easily clamped and released by hand. It is very economic to take measurements of the ball leadscrow and the rectangle, angle leadscrow etc. using the probe of ruby cylinder or ball. This method puts forwards a new thinking having broad prospects for the leadscrew dynamic measurement.
