Abstract:On the basement of thoroughly researching of optical computer-aided design,applying the wavelength aberration theory which was estiblished by Micheal P. chrisp,this article has fabricated completefunction software which can be used in designing monochromator,spec-trograph.This software has functions of calculating aberrations,auto-designing,calculating resolving capability,drawing. The shape can be plane, sphere,ellipsoid, toroidal, paraboloid. The optical system can include some mirrors and holographic gratings.Compared with a few standard examples.such software have proved itself to be acurate in calculating aberrations,the effect of auto-desisn is good,and all of its functions are reliable. So this software can be used in real designing.
Abstract:The methods of illuminance calculation of optical system are systematically analysed in this paper and a valuable program are presented.The program could be used to calculate the illuminance of such systems as plane, sphere,2-D curved surface,multi-D axisymmtric curved surface and so on. The lens reflection and absorption,central shade,lense coating,spectrum distribution of light source are all considered in the program.In addition,the utility of illuminance algorithm in the field of chromaticity is put forward and discussed.
Abstract:Optoelectronic butterfly interconnection for parallel digital computing is studied in this paper. We apply this kind of optoelectronic architecture to parallel MSD algorithms, making any n-bit MSD addition/subtraction to be implemented after three stages of optical intercn-nection. Fast multiplication and division and M/B conversion can also be implemented in this optoelectronic butterfly interconnection network.
Abstract:The effect of background color on color adaptation and contrast was studied in this paper. Some regularities have been summarized from a lot of experiments on different background colors. An experiment model on equivalent color stimulus has been deduced according to the experiment data. The model is simple and can be used to prrdict precisely equivalent color stimulus.
Abstract:By using self-desisning static plane baffles and vacuum coating technigue.we make two multi-channel variable filters used in the linear detector and area arrays detector.it is coated on the base slat with effective areas of 25.4?2.5mm and 6?6mm respectively;and we also describe the principle of forming these filters.the design and analysis of the film series,their constructing technigue and utilization in detail.The results of the experiment and the designing methods of plane baffles are given out; and we also prensent the designing results of static plane baffle that can be used in all kinds of optical film manufacturing.
Abstract:The Paper describes the primary research about the visible light-transmited and 10.6um-reflectd split-cotlor element by PVD method. The technique of the metal-media op-ticl coating is used, what is more, the techniques of the advanced coating and deposing after coating are applied, the split-cotlor element was made and produced a satisfatory result, in the repects of the optical character, the mechanical intensity, the energy density at threshold and stability.
Abstract:This thesis designs a Laser -Produced Plasma(LPP) source with high precision rotation target system, The laser system used as excitation source is a Q-Switched Nb:YAG laser emitting energies from 100mJ to 800mJ at a wavelength of 1. 06um with pulse duration of 8ns (FWHM) and pulse repetition rate of 1Hz.5Hz and 10Hz in combination with two sorts of focusing lenses of 90mm and 240mm focal length. The LPP source developed has short duration of the emission (tens ns), small light spot(100-200um), high brightness and high intensity. It can produce considerable amount of Soft X-ray-Vaccum Ultraviolet spectra radiation both line emission and continue emission. In the mean time,the radiative peak wavelength can be adjusted from 13nm to 17nm. The stability and reproducibility of the LPP source is better than4.5%.
Abstract:Based on an new theoretical model of fast axial flow CO2 Lasers and Laser theories,the main physics parameters which influence the small signal gain,saturation parameter,output power,optical mode and other properties of laser,are discussed in this dissertation.The optimal parameters design for our 1KW CO2 laser, therefore, have been selected.

Abstract:In this paper, a high frame frequence TV tracker is introduced. A new method, calculation of the gravity centre for a target and a compatible method with standard TV monitor for high frame frequence image display, are presented. In this system, the deviation between the position of object and the main optical axis of the TV tracker can be outputed in real-time with only time delay of 0. 1ms after end of frame scan. The bandwith of the TV tracker is 25HZ. The tracking error of a complex axis servo system using this TV tracker has been achieved 20-30" under the maximum vilocity of 20?/s and the maximum acceleration of 20?/s2. The results of experiment are presented in the last paragraph of this paper.
Abstract:The switchover of survey sensors in the control system of theodolite is very important. In this paper, the effect of sensor parameters on the switchover is studied by the means of computer simulation and the method of normalization switchover is prompted. We get a very smoth switchover between the sensors by this method.
Abstract:On the basis of throughly analysing all the factors that influence the radiance contrast of the object to background on the target area of the detector, a method of using spectral filtering to increase the effect range of TV tracking system is put up.For the sake of studying how to use spectral filtering to effectually raise the effect range, the author measured the objects spectral radiant intensity and studied the spectral radiance of the low sky background theorically according to the optical properties of the atmosphere and the atmospherical optical principle. Based on these reault of the measurement and theorical computation, the author uses computer simulating the effect of various filter,the result showed, the spectral filtering can effectually and steadily raised the radiance contrast of th object to background that on the target area of the detector, under the studied circumstance, the contrast has been raised above 4 - 7 times, the maximum effect range has been raised from 40km to 50~53km. The experiment result shows, under the experimental circumstance, the original contrast has been raised 1. 25~3. 59 times.Some improvemental proposal on the properties of the detector and the spectral properties of cooperate object are put up in this paper.

Due to using the digital sampling card, programmed software and relative image processing technique, the automatic interperter for point array and missing target information has been solved. This kind of research sets up a new way to process interpreting information.
Abstract:A electro-control system for laser phototype-setter using singl-chip micro-computer MCS51 was designed and realized. A new concept of primary and secondary scanning control was formed. In primary scanning system the construction was simplified without-using optical encoder and the reliability was raised. In secondary scanning system the fine control of step-motor was used for raising the accuracy of step-motor. The scanning coutrol of laser phototype-setter with different resolution was estalished by the help of single-chip microcompter.

Abstract:In this paper, three new schemes, based on State Feedback of the Mordern Control Theory, is proposed to improve the performance of the Servo-Systerm with the Frequency-Method of the Classic Control Theory,the experiment result shows that,after adjustment, it can satiesfy the desigh demand. Then we have used the three schemes, the Full-State Feedback scheme of the Linear-Quadratic metod, the Full-State and Part-State feedback schemes of the Optimal-Transmit-Function method, to design the Servo-System, and have respectively gone about Computer Simulations. The result shows that all of the three schemes have largely improved the trend-state and static-state performances compared with the Frequency-Method design of the Classic Control Theory. In the three schemes, the Part-State feedback scheme of the Optimal-Transmit-Function method is the most valuable to apply and popularize. In the two Full-State feedback schemes, the Luenberger reduced-order state observer are used, and their simulation results show that it is practicable.

Abstract:In this paper, the curve-fitting method is used for fitting the measuring signal distinguishes and retains the first harmonic component; eliminates correctly the eccentricity of sphere, thus obtains the complete spindle error motion included the first harmonic component, and evaluates the error of spindle rotation with the center of LSC, and opens up a useful computer software which is easy to be operated and known well.

Abstract:In this paper, the digital image correlation tecniques are investigated for measuring the positions of the CCD elements. Using the real element images, the accuracy and noise immunity of several similarity measures are analyzed, and the proper similarity measures are find out, which have the matching accuracy of 1 pixel. The fast matching algorithms and the hardwares are used to improve the mathching efficeiency. The SSDA method is introduced to our measuring system, and its problem of the choice of the thresholds is investigated and solved. Another fast matching approach called Two-stagge-Template-optimizing Image Matching is put forward, which has no problems of the threshold choosing and has constant mathching speed. In the aspect of hardware, an accelerating card using TMS320C25 digital signal processor is designed to configurate a host/coprecessor high -speed system with the host computer.
Abstract:A method of aspheric surface measurement by laser autocollimation is discussed in this paper, which is a non-contacting method but no fringes to be processed as interferometers need to do. Using CCD to detecting the output of surface slope, then the slope values obtained are integrated with respect to distance to obtain profile height. The measurement system is carefully analyzed in this paper by which rotational symmertrical mirrors used as a wavefront compensator in optical system can be surveyed along their meridians. Two demensional surveying can be carried out by rotating the mirror around its symmetrical axis in order to obtain the information data about the three dimensional profile of the test mirror. A reliable software to process the source data and to reconstruct the 3D profile of the test mirror is completed which can output height curve or surface profile and can also achieve other functions.
Abstract:In this paper, error sources and the relation between error source and transimission error of harmonic gear drive is deeply analyzed based on its working principle and structure. Then synthesize these transimission errors by using stochastic error theory to write out estimative formula that calculate transimission error of harmonic gear drive. This paper also study the frequency spectrum of transimission error of harmonic gear drive.In this paper, the theoretical analysis is carried out for the beet frequency phenomenon of transimission error of harmonic gear drive and the reason that the beet frequency occur has been found and simulated.Finally, in this paper the measuring technique of transimission error and its Fourier spectrum of harmonic gear drive has been studied. The mesuring system has been built up and several harmonic gear drives have been measured using this measuring system. Based on the measuring results, the theoretical analyses have been vertified.

Abstract:In this paper,we study the differences between planet gear transmission with buoyant components and planet gear transmission without buoyant components get two kinds of even load condition by measuring and comparing the values of the bending deformation on each shaft of the planet gears; conduct the frequency analysis of the dynamic olad fluctuation curves of the planet gears through FT. Finally, we can find the affect levels of all kind errors for the even load of the planet gears. This analysis is helpfule for designing and manufacturing the planet gears.
