Abstract:A new way to understand the mechanical characteristics of skiving carbide hob by using a finite-element analysis is presented. First the distribution of the stress and the stain iscalculated by a finite-element method(FEM)code,and the reasons against the hob broken depending on this way are told.The conclusion is obtained by quantitative analysis that themechanical stress of the lattest skiving carbide hob is less than the one of the commonskiving carbide hob when skiving the gears at last.It expresses the design of the lattestskiving carbide hob is stiperior. The way provides scientific basis for using and popularizingthe lattest skiving carbide hob.
Abstract:Computing pressure distribution is the base of analyzing and calculating various performances of bearing. On the basis of analysis on profile geometry,a numerical method of computing the pressure distribution of bearing is described in consideration of its stucture form.
Abstract:It's pointed out that the performances of primary reflection mirrors couldn't be provedby their mass or deformation,It's supposed for them to be lightweight and little deformed while under loads.Natural frequencies of mirrors in some shapes,double-arch,double-concave,Single-arch and plain-rear,are calculated in Finite Element Method,which areused to determine if the mirrors meet their structural stiffness.

Abstract:The weight of the primary mirror was reduced by drilling many holes on its back.Thesolid model of this light weight mirror was built by means of CAD,The weight and the lightweight ratio of the mirror was calculated.The FEM of the mirror was constituted.The staticanalysis and dynamic analysis of the mirror was made.The natural frequency of the lightweight mirror was compared with original mirror. The results show that designing of thelight weight primary mirror is satisfied its technic requirements。The dynamic stiffness andspecific stiffness was improved.The light weight ratio is more than 30%,The results ac-quired above has more important sense in the designing of primary mirror.
Abstract:The earth infrared radiation is analysed and calculated for the large aperture optical window of high resolution space optical remote senser by Monte-Carlo method.The multi-scatter in baffles and direct reflection in the surface of the optical window are considered,and thelimitation of vane structural assumption is also discussed.

Abstract:It is described that the feasibitity research and optimum design for space optical instrument,which suffers from severe space enviroment,have been done by means of CAE in thispaper. Through dynamical behavious analysis and response simulation of space optical instrument,the weak points are found,and then modification of design parameters is carried out.After several times design-analysis iteration by using FEM and optimum method,the reasonable design parameters are selected and the solution approaches to meet the requirements satisfactorilly.
