Abstract:The paper summarizes in general the features and the trend of the development ofmodern micro electro mechanical system research;reviewes the application of MEMs inmedicine and biology;introduces the research work of micro active catheter in Japan;at last,points out the development of MEMs applied on medical practice.

Abstract:This paper describes tracking and pointing servo control system to two steps,in thecondition of large angle error,based on the dual mode control algorithm,two principles ofthe transposition condition are presented. The response time of the digital control systemconducted by this algorithm is proved to be profitable by the experimental result.
Abstract:A new method using a serial prot of the DSP TMS320C25 to create characters at the rateof 10MHz for video display is introduced.The method is quite simple and not occupies manyinternal resources of the TMS320C25.The method is applied and achieved good results.

Abstract:The use of the reflectance of semiconductor surface changing with temperature to makefiber-optic temperature sensor is described.The measuring range of the sensor is 20℃ to200℃.It's responsive time constant is less than three seconds and it's sensitivity limit is 1℃.The structure of the sensor is simple.It's output has a switch property.

Abstract:The method of measureing laser power and wavelength at the same time using a hijunction silicon color sensitive cell as a detector is presented the performances of the instrumentwhich consists of detector,light current amplifier,A/D translator and computer are discussed. At first the wavelength is detected andethen the wavelength sensitivity of the detector is calibrated by the computer automatically during the laser measurement.The measuringerrors are within ?2.5% for light power and ?2.5nm metr for wavelength separately.

Abstract:The mirror holder is a device in common use for many instruments.It is necessary thatthe mirror holder has a well adjusting performance so as to tune light path of the instrumentsmoothly.In line with this a construction of the mirror holder is proposed. Performance ofthe adjusting machine of the construction is analysed by using displacement resolutionmethod.Theortical analysis and practical application show that the mirror holder has excellent performance which insures orthogonal independence between two dimension of movement of light patch in small range.The mirror holder shields the light through hole least.Theholder is constructed simple and cost low. It may be uesd in many instruments conveniently.
