Abstract:The zoom lens used in capturing and tracing is different from 11ormal zoom lens. It mustoutput the focal-length accurately while verying its focal-length. Ths paper studies the focal length function of the two-component, large zoom ratio, positive compensating zoom lens byusing the actural zoom lens system parameter and gives a method of determining the focallength function. By useing this method, we can avoid the work of point-to--point calibratingfor zoom lens.
Abstract:According to the probability theory, the radiation of the earth-reflection in complexcavity has been calculated by random simulant method in this paper. The distribution of thedirectional radiant intensity of the earth-reflection in orbits has been effectively simulated.This method especially applies to the accurate thermal calculation for the outer cavities of spacecraft.
Abstract:The surface figure changes of menisctls primary mirror, centrally supported and loadedby the gravity(1g), are studied. The PV and RMS values are used to determine whether thedeformation is reasonable or not. Data processing is done with the help of zernikepolynomials, the aberration composition of the mirror Supported in this way is found', andsome approaches to improve image quality are carried out. At last the rear profile of themirror is optimized.

In this paper the design of structure and its important parts of the milli-gripper using electro-magnetic force and wedgeshaped mechanism are introduced. The experimc.nt of the prototype shows good behavior for this milli-mechanism.
Abstract:The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructures, the mechanical propertiesof TC4 alloy were studied using HTTMT technology. The results showed that using heatingat 950℃, deformation 50 pct, following water quenching, aging 4h at 500℃, then TC4alloy had grain refinement and a unifomly tangled dislocation and precipitate array andexcellent mechanical properties.

Abstract:The application of precise welding structure in the gimbals of large-size OE pointing andtracking instrument is described in this paper. Compared with the traditional castiroll structure, the total weight of the instrument is decreased by 12%-14%. Meanwhile,the high mechanical mode and the axil precision less than 1"(arc second)of the gimbals are achieved. Theintermediate-body of the horizolltal shaft, as an example, the practicability of weldingstructwre applying in large-size precise components of the gimbals, the desigll method andthe approach that decrease the welding distortion,clear up the welding stress to insure the dimension stability is described in detail. The stiffness of the intermediate-body of the horizontal shaft in static and dynamic state is analysised and computered.

Abstract:A suggestion of using the adaptive control algorithm,which is designed originally to control the optical dynamic system with no noise-corrupted control parameter,to control the optical dynamic system with noisy pump is raised in this paper. The feasibility of this suggestion is demonstrated with the computer simulation of controlling the Bragg diffraction acoustooptic bistable system(BDAOBS)running with stochastic pump noise, where a BDAOBSwith no noisy pump is employed as the self-referenced dynamic model for control. It is foundthat,because the difference between the outputs of the noise-corrupted optical dynamic system and the self-feferenccd model is chosen to be the augument of the control function,theadaptive control algorithm is still able to be utilized in controlling the noise-corrupted optical dynamic system.
Abstract:A mathematical model of Q-switched laser ablating sublimable material is established.Ablation efficiency with different pulse widths and peak powers laser is calculated. The conclusions show that high peak power and short pulse width is beneficial for reducing heat affected zone of laser ablation and maintainging high surface integrity.

Abstract:A method of spectrophotometry in visible range using electronic tuning rapid spectroscope is presented in this paper. As an example,the absorption spectrum of CuSO4?5H2O was measured and the error of measurement was analysed. The results of experiment demonstrated that AOTF can be used fpr spectrophotometry in place of mechanical filter wheels,moving mirrors,rotating diffraction gratings.
