Abstract:Cr3+:YAB and Cr3+:YGAB crystals have broad fluorescence spectra ranging from the red to near-IR region. The optical gain of Cr3-:YAB crystal was measured in the range from 744 urn to 852.5 nm. The maximum single-pass gain was 1.9 at 820 nm. Second harmonic generation in the UV region(375 nm) was obtained by a Cr3-: YAB crystal with the conversion efficiency 1.5 times as high as that of LBO crystal.
Abstract:Stability of output in the range of 0~100 watts from an intelligence CW Nd:YAG laser which used as a surgical equipment is analyzed. Effects of different cavity configurations as well as various films coated on the double elliptical-cylindrical cavity to the stability are experimentally investigated.Based on those analyses, the optimum scheme for stabilizing output is defined.The scheme can make stability of the output power keep in the ranges of ±2%.
Abstract:In this paper the application,the function and the working principles of an optical probe for a spaceflight simulator are stated.The simulation methods for pitching movement I going off course and rolling of spaceships are described, and the vision simulation of moving conditions could be realized.An approach to solution of the problem of distortion is proposed,and an opto-mechanhical configuration for realizing multiple movements is also given.
Abstract:The basic principle of data acquisition and record of stereo-imaging for surveying of earth terrain from space is discribed in this paper. A set of stereo-imaging data acquisition card and record system consisting of two CCD linear array scanning cameras is designed and manufactured. The stereo-imaging experiments in lab.are completed. Expectant 3D images of terrain are obtained in the experiments.
Abstract:The electrodeposition of Ni-Fe Alloy on the matrix of Nd-Fe-B was investigated in detail. The phase structure was γ and α phase, the percentage of iron in the alloy deposits ranged for 18% to 25%. The corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe ally deposits plated directly on the matix of Nd-Fe-B was in proportion to Ni deposits. The corrosion resistance of Ni-Fe alloy deposits previously plated Cu on the matrix was greater than that of Ni deposit on Nd-Fe-B matix.

Abstract:This paper describes the etching principe of the plasma etch and the reactive-ion etch for Large scale integration of circuits and basic methods for monitoring etch process on line.Implementation of monitoring etch process for large scale integration of circuits by the plasma emission spectroscopy and results of monitoring are described in the paper in detail.The minimum area monitored of 0.3 cm2 and the dynamic monitoring accuracy of less than 80Å have been obtained. Abstract:This paper disCusses the study of a new type of optic-fiber microdisplacement measuring instrument(GW-Ⅱ ). Here it puts emphasis on an optic-fiber displacement sensor used which is compensated for variations in light-source intensity as well as for loss in the fibers.It is shown that the ratio of the output of a pair of detecting fibers is independent of the light-source intensity and loss in the fiber system. Results that confirm this are presented. It helps improve the precision and stability of the measuring instrument.
