Abstract:The existing various methods used to expand the depth measuring range for measurement of the surface topography with interferometry were described, their principle and property were analyzed, and their superiority was compared.
Abstract:A double passage optical interface for displaying medical endoscope image was designed. The interface was composed of a prism and a zoom lens. The followings were presented: the light splitting and aperture matching of the interface, optical property of the zoom lens, the principle of miniature linear differential zoom lens design. An example of design and its evaluation were also given. The interface designed had been used in a computer system for displaying endoscope image, and was proved to be simple, small and light enough. With its good performance, the interface may be used in the matching of CCD cameras with several kinds of endoscopes. So the interface may be used for displaying several kinds of endoscopes images.
Abstract:The basic principle of simulated annealing method and genetic method are described and the optimal characteristic of the two methods are studied in detail. The imperfection of simulated annealing and perfection of genetic method are pointed out. Then the refined method ,self adaptation simulated annealing-genetic algorithm is presented.
Abstract:Soft X-ray multilayer coating is the one of studied hot points in applied and engineering optics. The reflectivity of multilayers is the most important parameter of multilayer coating performance and coating quality. The measurements of multilayer coatings is key to study the performance of coatings and improve the techniques of manufabrication. The relative reflectance measurements of some soft X-ray multilayers were completed successfully by splitting the spectrum of a laser-produced plasma source from a large area transmission grating spectrograph with a pre optics, +1 or -1 order spectrum was reflected by a multilayer. Another arrangement was that +1 order spectrum was reflected by one multilayer whose reflectance was known and -1 order spectrum was reflected by one multilayer whose reflectance was unknown. The SIOFM X-ray film made in China was used. The results of measurements show whether the quality of multilayers was good and provide some important basis for improving the technique of fabricating multilayers.
Abstract:The paper presents an improving computer code of solving the LC net circuit used in inertial confinement fusion and accurately indicates the instantaneous property of large bore flashlamp discharge. We considered the expansion of plasma arc during a pulse basic on the well known MEH theory. It is shown that the early part of the expansion is independent of the lamp diameter. However, at some point in the expansion, the presence of the flashlamp wall becomes important, and the current pulse is dependent of the arc expansion. But under the condition of large energy and long pulse the plasma arc may fill the flashlamp bore.

Abstract:Air feet are a sort of externally pressurized gas lubricated bearing. Air feet are common structure form of air-guide. According to shape of air feet, air feet are divided into rectangle air feet and circle air feet. Circle air feet are widely applied to three-COMERO. This article assumes that airflow is linear. Because it assumes that two dimension flow is one-dimension flow between bearing and guide, the Renault-equation has resolution. A more practical engineering method of calculation about loading capacity of circle air feet is described in this article.

Abstract:In pipe micro robot based on screw motion wheels is suitable for moving and inspection inside small diameter pipes. The robot development is composed of an screws motion in-pipe moving mechanism with the driving motor inside and a CCD camera. In the paper, the motion and force analyses are made for this kind of moving mechanism. After experiments on the prototype, moving characteristics are obtained, which will provide a sound reference in the development of in pipe robot suitable for smaller diameter pipes.
Abstract:A solid modeling of capacitive micro-accelerometer structure is described. The mode analysis by means of the Finite Element Method is presented. The influence of accelerometer structural dimension on the resonance frequency and structural mode is investigated, which offers reliable basis for the structure design of micro-accelerator.
Abstract:Mechanism of a micro piezoelectric motor driven by coupling of elastic and gravitational force was analyzed. The kinematics and dynamics models were represented. A experimental motor model was developed and the theoretical models were verified.

Abstract:This paper advances a kind of micro electromagnet motor with low rotational speed and high torque output: top face sway micro electromagnet motor. It's working principle is as following: under the rotating electromagnet's force, the motor's cone shape rotor makes pure rolling on the inner cone face of the stator and thus the output axle's rotation comes into being. Through testing, it's rotation ranges is 20-860rpm with larger than 10μNm torque output. The result of the experiment show that with the same input power, this kind of micromotor has larger torque output than others' with the same volume. It has a wide application prospect.

Abstract:A circuit used on a real time image recursive filtering system was implemented with ispGDX. The properties of the circuit are analyzed. Solution and hardware simulation are proposed. The differences between FPGA and ispGDX are discussed.
Abstract:Calibration-technology of the star makes use of true pointing of star to calibrate pointing accuracy of electro-optic phototheodolite. The method mostly use of two modes that are time angle and arc-length. Time angle make use of account expressions of true pointing of star through pointing with electricity-optical phototheodolite and compare with true value of theory and finally calculate the error of pointing of electro-optic phototheodolite. The arc-length is new type technology that depends on principle of arc-length changeless to use Polaris with other star in the celestial sphere. This paper introduces the basic principle of the calibration of pointing accuracy of electro optic phototheodolite with the Star arc-length. It analyzes the calibration of precision and point out the factors as attected the precision. It researches the check method in real-time for the range.

Abstract:A automatic collimating method with vibrating slit for the photoelectric automatic refractometer with high precision was introduced in this paper and geometry size relation of width among image and vibrating slit and amplitude was described also. This collimating method was realized through acquiring really-time signal of monochromatic light from sample measured and judging automatically collimating point on the basis of amplitude and phase of this signal by computer. The circuit principle and constitution were represented in detail. Many optical materials are measured in the wavelength rang of 365 to 2600 nm .The results show the precision of this collimating method is batter than ?0.1".
Abstract:Precision calibration with star photogrammetry is a the general method for adjust of theodolite. Instead of looking up for a star time table, a data base with 720 stars in it is established in our auto precision calibration system. The theory and system construction is described in this paper.
Abstract:This article introduces the test of producing the cast iron with low stress and high strength by adopting such techniques as high Si/C proportion, Mo and Cu low alloy treatment and enforcing treatment process. In the meantime, the elasticity modulus and stress failure property of ordinary cast iron are tested against those of the cast iron with high stress on the motionless flexure and opening loop equipment. The results show that high strength cast iron with high Si/C proportion, Mo and Cu low alloy treatment can meet the requirements to the hight rigidity and high stability of the thin-wall basic casting of a large fine instrument.

Abstract:Windows95, as an operating system running under 32 bit protection mode, separates hardware from end users through the way of mask in order to keep the system safe. Giving an example of video acquisition card, this paper describes the basic principles and the scheme of virtual device driver which is the solution of real-time hardware control in detail. And its interfaces to Win32 applications are also introduced.
Abstract:Based on the study of the new requirements of the precision and ultraprecision machine technique for the error separation technique of straightness measurement, this paper introduces briefly methods such as STP, STRP, GTP and OEST. The trend of development of EST methods is analyzed from the aspect of data fusion and information abstraction. A N-layer EST model is presented. Based on the analysis of the error introduced into these EST methods, this paper presents a new time domain combination method for straightness measurement. it employs STP, STRP and GTP. STRP is employed to correct the error introduced in STP by the neglect of yaw angle. GTP is used to supply the relative height of all STP results. This method can not only improve measurement accuracy but also get information of waveness. It fits the need of precision and ultra precision straightness measurement.
Abstract:The method of how to use computer parallel interface and interrupt technology to design automatic measuring system of linear displacement is introduced in detail by using a grating meter with the resolution power of 0.4μm and the designs of hardware and software. The system can read the output data of grating meter by three methods: out trigger reading, inner timer trigger reading and manual reading. The maximum displacement measuring error of this system is 0.5μm.
