Abstract:In this paper various optical non-contact measurement technologies for 3-D surface are generally introduced. At the same time, several measuring methods that are frequently used are described in detail, including their development and some new sensors based on their principle.
Abstract:The developments of multilayers make normal incidence imaging systems with high resolution from wavelength range of infrared, visible and ultraviolet to soft X-ray. The Schwarzschild objective which consists of two concentric mirrors is extensively used in soft X-ray range because the reflectivity of multilayers is lower than that in other range. Combining the waveband matching condition with the configuration of Schwarzschild objective and performance of magnetron sputtering instrument, the multilayer coating process is analyzed for completing fabrication of multilayers using in 18.2nm Schwarzschild objective. The theoretic suggestion is supplied for making multilayers meeting with waveband matching condition.

Abstract:A technique used for designing soft X-ray multilayer for broadband and flat reflection has been developed. As an example, we present design result calculation in the 18nm 20nm spectral range. In the range the maximum deviation from 25% reflectivity level is less than 1.5%. It is very important for spectrum imaging and spectrum analysis.

Abstract:A new electromagnetic analysis program in which the reluctance model and equivalent magnetic network model are also built up is developed based on equivalent magnetic network method(EMNM). Furthermore the method of obtaining various parameters of the equivalent magnetic network is introduced .The approach of forming node potential equations automatically with computer is also given.

Abstract:A method of wavelength modulation by changing the temperature of LD is presented. The experiment system is established and the result is given. The factor that affects the LD wavelength temperature modulation is analysed as well as the application of this established system.

Abstract:Fractal Laser Sintering Rapid Prototype Manufacture requires the system with zero clearance and high resolution. The author developed a fractal laser sintering RPM system which is composed of 2D NC scanning work platform driven by steel wire, powder spreading device, laser unit and computer control system. At last, the system is proved to meet the requirements of design by means of two experiments.
Abstract:The properties of the long pulse dye laser pumped by flashlamp with cyclooctatertraene and oxygen gas as triplet-state quenchers are described. Particular attention is given to the pulse duration and the output energy. Two primary factors, which influence the pulse duration and the output energy, are discussed.
Abstract:Some investigations on laser hardened properties and microscopic structures characteristic of automobile cylinder were conducted in this paper. The study indicates that using laser hardening can remarkably improve the hardness of cylinder. The laser hardening microscopic structures are mainly very fine martensite and the original pattern of flake graphite basically remain.
Abstract:This paper studies the irradiation error of optical system on detector related to the polarization sensitivity of optical system and incident light. The effect of polarization of irradiation error is analyzed. Example of Cassegrain telescope is presented, and it's irradiation error on detector is calculated and analyzed.
Abstract:This paper analyzes the spectrum characteristic of the noise in HRIS, and presents an adaptive Wiener filtering iterative processing method. Experiments proved that the method has an adaptive ability and a noise restraining ability, which meets the practical needs.

Abstract:For the case of two manipulators handling a single object, the optimal distributions of the object dynamic load in the joint space of the system are simulated by using numerical method. The reuslts of this paper verified the correctness of our theoretical analysis.

Abstract:The performance of SiO2 films coated on the sold-lime glass substrate determine both the chemical stability and the service life of liquid crystal display device (LCD) to a great extent. The authors studied the etching impacts on SiO2 films made by radio-frequency sputtering process when the SiO2 films are treated in the different alkaline solution in LCD process. The results presented here are profitable to protect the SiO2 films in LCD process.

Abstract:Optical free form surfaces can be empolyed to realize some special imaging effects and supply more degree of design freedom. These free-form surfaces can be manufactured by compute controlled fabrication (CCF) method on low accuracy machine tool. The profile measurement studied is a key factor that determines the finish accuracy of the optical free-form surfaces in CCF, especially the coordination measuring method. Rapid coordinate measuring method (RCMM) is proposed with case study. Results indicate that measruing time can be largely reduced by RCMM, with no measuring accuracy losing.
Abstract:This paper introduces a non contact 3-D range image measurement system using a structured light system. By means of a LCD projector, eight stripe patterns encoded the measured space into 253 sections. A CCD camera sequentially recorded eight gray images corresponding to the eight patterns, respectively. The range data of the object surface is demodulated using the pixel based triangulation. This paper also introduces a software to produce highly efficient binary spatial coding patterns. The error caused by projector lens distortion and camera lens distortion are analyzed, and the error formulae to rectify the error of radial lens distortion is set up in order to obtain a good measured resolution. As a pixel based evaluation method, range data being got from only a single pixel, it can be used in measuring sharply discontinuous surfaces, and works smoothly in a less structured environment.

Abstract:A new lateral shearing generator is introduced, which is developed in view of dual refraction character of some crystal. It can make the shearing interferometer achieve common optical circuit, phase shifting interfering and continuous adjusting in sensitivity. The design is proved to be correct in theory by measuring results.
Abstract:This paper discusses in detail the two methods of how to use single chip computer to control Fizeau wavemeter measuring pulse, the synchronous measurmenet, software judging and snapping method of pulse laser. At the end of this section, it describes the measuring consequence of the system. Its measuring precision is the same as that of continuous laser. That is, its absolute precision <10-6, distinguishability <10-7.
Abstract:To direct against system noise and drift as well as background radiation influence on signal on space radiation measuring, this paper describes a singal detecting method ——numeral synchronous accumulation and demodulation. This method realized real time deducting background noise and improved measuring sensitivity, is of one order of magnitude. Meanwhile, constituent of electric system and key link are introduced. The compared measuring results between this metod and general method show that this method deduct backgrond noise about 80% especially small signal.

Abstract:In allusion to the shortages of instrumentation ship's hull deformation metering system, a two frequency polarization method of metering the hull transverse twist is proposed, three approaches of obtaining the two-frequency polarization radiator are introduced. Finally, the measuring precision of the new method is analysed, its advantages and disadvantages of the new method are discussed.
