Abstract:Communication is a very important application domain of micro electro opto mechanical system(MOEMS).The paper introduces the applications of MOEMS in optical communications from optical switching,optical connection,optical switches,optical modulator,filter,microoptical assemblage and microlaser.The development of MOEMS is prospected.

Abstract:The least-squares curve fitting is used at tri-stimulus algorithm by comparison of tri-stimulus and spectrophotometric algorithms. Thus, the idea of tri stimulus values color matching is to make color difference between matching color and standard color minimize. Computer color matching shows the idea has good results.

Abstract:It this paper,a new design method of multilayered mirrors as reflector for soft X-rays is proposed.It based on the traditional recurrence relation method,with calculation of random numbers.The technqiue gives a high accuracy and it is easy to operate,so it has practical value in production.This paper gives the design step and a series of results designed by this method.It is similar to that designed by layer-by-layer method,even better at some wavelengths.

Abstract:Different resolution pixels have a series of transmission coefficient,according to this feature of biological specimen,we device a protein model with several differnt high steps.Then calculate the exposure corresponding to the relationships of exposure,ratio of signal to noise,contrast,and performance of resist.We also analogue the development condition of specimen model,measure the resist development speeds of every step,analyze the development condition quantitatively,connect resist development condition with contrast,resolution and exposure very closely,find out a better experiment method.

Abstract:The method for third harmonic generation of large-aperture high-power solid laser is described which is the second nonlinear effect of two cascade crystals in this paper.The key point of structure design and accuracy analysis in precision mount which is needed in the procession to obtain second and third harmonics generation is introduced.The perfected 8 sets of high precision frequency-conversion scheme was controlled with a stepping-motor-driven poper supply and the high precision demand was satisfied.

Abstract:This paper introduces the ball lapping model of spring-loading lap tools for the four shafts ball-lapping machine and explains the small tendence mechanism of the ball roundness error using the effets of cutting high points and homogenization lapping error.It advances that the non lapping envelope region is a major fact of generating roundness errors,and inquires into the effects of ball roundness with non-lapping envelope region,preliminary pressure error and lap tool wear.It gives the measures of solving these problems and provides basis for improving the ball-lapping roundness.
Abstract:In this paper we report the reactive ion etching(RIE)of quartz by using CHF3 and argon.The effects of gas flow rate,chamber pressure,and rf(radio frequency)plasma power on the etch rate were investigated and the surface contamination due to RIE was examined.The quartz etch depth uniformity and repeatability was also examined.In order to optimise the etch process,the RS1/Discover software tool was used to design the experiments.The rf plasma power varied between 120 and 160 watts.Argon and CHF3 flow rates were 15-35 sccm and 20-50 sccm respectively,and pressure was in the range of 13-19 Pa.The etch rate varied between 15 and 25 nm/min.

Abstract:By using homogenous coordinate transformation principle and Denavit-Hartenberg analysis method,a measurement kinematics model and a error model for multi-joint coordinate measuring machine,of which the movement of the probe center is relative to machine reference frame,is constructed. And the model is validated by contrast between the theory calculation and actual errors. It establishes firm theory base for deeply developing calibration method for multi-joint coordinate measuring machine.

Abstract:It is a very difficult problem to simulate ball bearing in structural analysis or in the finite element analysis correctly . Because the working condition of the ball bearing is very complex, the boundery conditions of the balls 、inner and outer rings of the ball bearing are difficult to define. The static and dynamic analysis of ball bearing is carried and the simplifying method of the ball bearing is studied with the finite element analysis program-Ansys.
