Abstract:A modulated continuous wave argon ion laser has been used to get lamb waves in silicon membrane. In this report, the basic principles of conversion for optics to thermal then acoustic waves are deduced. The experimental set-up, the analysis of the results and the possibl way to obtain a given mode of lamb wave are described.
Abstract:Miniaturization of RE components is a key technology in developing miniaturized wireless communication system. The paper introduces the study and applications of microscale RE components, including micromechanical inductors, micromechanical capacitors, micromechanical resonators, micromechanical filters, micromechanical switches and micromechanical antennas. Finally, the development of RF-MEMS is prospected.
Abstract:Linear motor is a key part of the laser resistance trimmer. Its performance directly affects the quality and efficiency of trimming resistance. How to control the linear motor's speed, precision, non-shock, non-surge by PMAC controller and speed-mode amplifier is introduced. Drier closes the speed-loop with PP arithmetic, and the speed-feedforward PID arithmetic closes the position-loop.

Abstract:A novel technique for quadratic phase shift three-point method based on data reconstruction and inverse filtering is proposed in this paper, through which the spindle radial motion error can be separated and gained firstly, and the on-line measurement of motion error can be implemented successfully. According to the principle of quadratic phase shift, data from die three probes can be reconstructed, the influence of roundness form error can be eliminated in the process of the first operation, and the radial error motion will be acquired in the second operation. Based on the comparative analysis of weighting function, the homology and unitarity can be proved by the proposed method for motion error measurement and the common three-point method for roundness measurement. Satisfactory results have been gained in some experiments and simulations.
Abstract:Based on a model of machine vision technique, the paper puts forward a method of high accuracy camera calibration for the system of machine vision inspection. Key techniques in this system include the camera calibr-tion, curve inspection and feature matching, etc. According to thesis of "form much to one", the paper discusses an improved method of Hough transform. In light of the theory of constrain, it also gives a method of feature match-ing. These methods have been proved by corresponding experiments, and some of them have been successfully uti-lized in the inspection of complex industrial parts.

Abstract:The paper describes a formation principle of the trajectory measuring array and its corresponding survey theory. The implementation of this photoelectric trajectory measuring system and the hardware design of its computer control system are mainly discussed, including algorithm and programming steps. Every independent subsystem not only works by itself, but also forms an array system according to the demand. In light of the distinction of the useful signal, it is unnecessary to use an A/D converter. The tests have shown that this system is of practical value.

Abstract:In addition to describing a marine multisensor integrated navigation system, the paper also establishes a mathematical model for the integrated navigation system To gain good performance and divergence, an adaptive Kalman filtering technique applied to the system is proposed. The simulation shows that this technique can effectively restrain the filtering divergence and improves accuracy of the integrated navigation system.
Abstract:Along with wide applications of TV camera, the requirement for image stabilization becomes more and more rigid. As the camera carrier's movement causes unstability of images, the camera on the mobile carrier needs an image stabilizer. The electronic image stabilizing technology is a new generation of image stabilizing method, which makes use of the digital signal processing to realize the real-time and high-precision mobile image stabilization. The paper not only introduces the principles and the basic methods of realizing electronic image stabilization, but also gives its main algorithms and the evaluation of algorithms.
Abstract:Ultra-precision machining requires high motion resolution. The nonlinear factors and stability are two ma-jor factors to be faced in designing ultra-precision controllers. The design of the machine motion controller is very important in ultra-precision machining. A ballscrew driving stage with resolution of 5 nm and the micro movement characteristics of this mechanism have been researched, respectively. The mechanism is a nonlinear system in micro movement condition. A controller named gain self-turning controller based on motion error (GSTCBE) is also pro-posed, which has been proved to be more stable than traditional PID controller. The controller is charaterized by higher tracking accuracy in micro and macro motion scope.
Abstract:A strategy for model establishment and predictive control of the grinding process of a leadscrew by two artificial neural networks is proposed. The first ANN is used to model the relationship of thermal deformation and force deformation error with the pitch error of the workpiece ,and the second ANN outputs the final modified control value according to the output of the first ANN and the theoretical control value, and the modified control value can be applied for compensation control at the beginning of the next sampling period. The experimental results show that the pitch error of the workpiece is decreased by more than 80%, thus significantly improving the grinding precision of the leadscrew.
Abstract:The paper discusses color correction issues in color scanners and CRT based on the Dunhuang Mural's computer storage and management work. In order to avoid man-made influence in quantitative and subjective adjustment methods, it presents an effective CRT calorimetric prediction method and a new color correction model with multi-constraint factors. The correction effects are evaluated by the color difference formula ΔE in the CIE1976(L·a· b·) uniform color space, and the results indicate that the combination of the prediction method and the correction model can achieve an objective, quantitative and whole correction for the color distortions caused by all kinds of factors. The model can be widely used in computer color image restoration system.

Abstract:For a long time, in the procedure of designing instruments, the design of structures and modeling often lags behind the design of function. It is the bottleneck in cutting down the design periods because the data of structures come from the function design and the process of design usually repeats again and again. The paper proposes a method which can make the design easily and freely and cut down the design period, by which the designers could design the structures in virtual spaces to get the details about the original model. Using OpenGL (Open Graphic Library) and MFC( Microsoft Foundation Class), the authors present a 3D instrument virtual design system to complete the structures'design and revision. The system can create a virtual 3D space where the design of structure will be finished. Therefore, the designers can check the availability of instrument design.
Abstract:Microwave vulcanization is a novel process of robber production, in which temperature control is very im-portant because the quality of vulcanization depends directly on it. Fuzzy control does not need a precision mathemat-ical model of controlled objects and its control rule can be worked out by skilled operators according to their experi-ence. The focus of the paper is on the applications of the predigested fuzzy control principle with a PLC and the method of PWM in controlling vulcanization temperature. If allowed temperature is 200±5℃ according to the pro-cess of vulcanization, the real temperature can be controlled in 200 ± 1℃ in more than 8 hours, thus ensuring the microwave vulcanization with good quality.

Abstract:The hyperspectral image is a three-dimensional image, which can provide both spatial information and spectral information. Because of the large size, it is difficult to be transmitted and restored. The paper describes the tests on hyperspectral images and analyzes the spatial correlation and spectral correlation. The self-correlation coefficient and cross-correlation coefficient are also calculated. In comparision with ordinary images, the feature of the hyperspectral images are revealed. The results obtained can be used in the research of remote sensing hyperspectral image compression.

Abstract:The crystal monochromator is a key device of the X-ray beamline. It uses crystals as dispersive elements to diffract and separate the synchrotron radiation, and provide X-ray monochromatic light with a given energy bandwidth. Using a pair of Si (111) crystals with (+n, -n) arrangement, the double-crystal monochromator mounted on Hefei facility can assure the parallel of the crystal surfaces and provide a spatially fixed monochromatic beam only by a simple Bragg rotation with a special L-mould linkage mechanism in the course of energy scanning. The focus of the paper is the energy scanning mechanism of Hefei crystal monochromator.
