Abstract:The phosphate matrix glasses and organic/inorganic glass composites doped acridineorange were prepared by low temperature melting method.We have used X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to study the structural characteristics of the glasses.Fis has adoublet peak:one of the component peaks at 687.0~687.2 ev in binding energy wasattributed to the fluorine in p-Fbonds,and the other at 684.6~684.7ev to the fluorine in M-F bonds(M=Sn2+ and /or Pb2+).The Ois has also a doublet peak.The relative content ofbridging oxygen(BO) and nonbridging oxygen (NBO)were given.The relative content of P-F bond in glass doped acridine orange were increased.
Abstract:This paper analyzes the internal relation between the meshing parameters and themeshing performance of harmonic drive with three-wave wavegenerator by using thecomputer graphics analysis method.Some important design data are obtained and providedtheoretical basis for determining the best drive scheme of Harmonic Drive with three-wavewavegenerator.

Abstract:A new diode laser positioning technique is proposed in this paper.The zero optical-path-difference(OPD) point of a interferometer can be dynamically searched with diode laser’sproperty of linear frequency modulation.Compared to traditional white light positioning,thediode laser positioning interferometer is simplified,and the searching range of the zero OPDpoint has been increased greatly.

Abstract:t present Cr or Cr,Au platings are formed on metal workpieces electicall or by evaporation at home and abroad,as Cr is resistance to corrosion,wear and tear resistance,reacting slowly with dilute acids,and having a strong adhesive force with the workpiece on which it is formed.So that the workpiece can be well protected,thus extend the life time of the worpiece. Before the epitaxial GaAs wafers being cleaved into lasers,the wafers should be photoetched.Up to now,there has no reports on how to removed the Cr on the channels on the epitaxial GaAs. This paper presents the Cr,Au evaporating technotogy on the epitaxialwafers and the new Cr removing technology.
Abstract:Having discribed the measurable slope of Fourier transform profilometry(FTP)and improved FTP(IFTP),a modified FTP(MFTP)for the measurement of 3-D steep shapes is proposed in this paer.The detail measuring method and theory analysis ars also given. The artificial error introduced in IFTP was eliminated by utilizing the merits of FTP.
