Abstract:This puper discribes the so-called Bragg-Fresnel structure which combines the Braggreflection of multilayer with Fresnel diffraction of zone plate. In soft X-ray wavelengthregion such structures have both high reflectance and spatial resolution, it might beemployed, therefore, as imaging and/or dispersing elements in optical systems. Themethods of design and manufacture are briefly introduced with an essential research project.

Abstract:Ce3+: LuLiF4 is shown to have a broad gain spectrum, which is attractive for shortpulse applications. Large small-signal gain over 6 dB/cm was observed for 10-nsec probepulses under KrF-excimer laser pumping. In a con focal 4-pass configuration, 20-dB gain wasdemonstrated for CW laser light.

Abstract:This paper introduces the soft X-ray multilayers at wavelengths below 10um andsummaries some rules of selecting the multilayer meterials. We design the Ru/B4C、Rh/B4C and Mo/B4C multilayers for sum wavelength at normal incidence, and give the idealreflectivities of 38%~50%. The effect of thickness control error as well surface-interfaceroughness is also discussed. These will be use fill in next research of fabrication procedure.

A conclusion that the highpressure areas coefficient within the orifice restricting is a constant is reached, thus make theway smooth for calculating the common structure form aerostatic slideways.

Abstract:This paper introduces to substitute ZnO film with LiNbO3 crystal,which is for the.firsttime in China. The high-efficiency 389.5MHz pulse acousto-optic modulator was made andapplied for the cavity dumping technology of sync-pumped dye laser. The ZnO's diffractionefficiency is only 3%. The LiNbO3's diffraction efficiency is over 14%. Dumping ratio is 50%.

Abstract:This paper does some researches on the self-developed phase-shifting CO2 infrared interferometer from the aspect of interferometry,and provides a technique which is used to aligninfrared interferometer precisely. Measurements of infrared components and systems are taken on this infrared interferometer. Finally,the system error of the infrared interferometer ismeasured and analysed,which is better than A/20(λ=10.6μm)as shown in results.
