Abstract:Based on microelectronics,micromechanics and microoptics,the microsystems technolgoy integrated sensors,actuators and processors,which are a technolgoy progcess.Recently,the micro sensors,microactuators microoptics and application specific integrated microinstrument(ASIM)gain some technology achievement.The microsystems are becoming acceped diveces for many industrial applications.
Abstract:This paper summarizes the current research state of MOEMS.The sorts,structures,operational principles and fabrication processes are described.The future application and development are discussed and analysed.
Abstract:This paper studies the assemblies of mating parts with robots as examples to introduce and discuss the current stage and development of the three aspects of the key technologies on robotic assembly. The three aspects are the analysis of assembly tolerance and the clearance of mating parts, the test and control of the relative position of the mating parts, and the design and application of flexible devices. In the end, the prediction of the new trends on the development and application of these technologies is presented.

Abstract:Rhodamine 6G doped Modified Poly(methyl methacrylate)(MPMMA) was synthesized by polymerization.The absorption,excitation and emission spectra of Rodamine 6G doped MPMMA were investigated.Pumping with a frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser was used.Laser resonance was obtained.

Abstract:Based on current status of calculating transmittance of atmosphere,this paper comprehensively consideres height correction and oblique path,attenuation resulted from meteorology,and establishes complete models and calculation method of transmittance of atmosphere and average transmittance,integral transmittance which are easy to apply to engineering.It provides theoretical foundation for design and evalution of infrared systems.
Abstract:This paper first analizes the necessity of subpixel techniques,and describes the theoretical base of subpixel algorithms of improving the accuracy of measuring systems by building the mathematical model of general image measuring system.Several methods which can improve the accuracy of measuring system are presented.For the method of least square fitting,we proposal the view of using the method of orthogonal screen to determine the expression of the function of imaging edge reponse.At last,by emulating with the computer,we prove the validity of the methods we propose and compare the accuracy and the performance against noise of several algorithms.

Abstract:A new type of ultrasonic linear motor is analyzed in this paper.The motor is mainly composed of flexible composites CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)blocks and a thin plate of PZT ceramic.In the state of ultrasonic resonance,surface of the CFRP block vibrates obliquely and acts on the base.The vibrating motor moves by the reaction from the base.The driving voltage of piezoelectric vibrator is 50V(Vpp);the tractive force is 0.5N;the moving speed is 0-8mm/s.The motor has a simple structure and is easily made.
Abstract:This paper describes the theory and the control system of a newly typed electromagnetic micro robot.It gives out how to use the computer to control the micro robot,and analysis the data collected.The main controller of this system is a computer with a PC 6315 A/D,D/A card.It can gives actuator signal,and collects the motive data in real time.These data will be analyzed by the computer after A/D transition so as to change the drive signal to realize the optimal control.
Abstract:Flowing form of resist forced by centrifugal during process of spin coating used in IC manufacture is analyzed in this paper. Relationship among parameters of rotating speed, viscosity & coated resist thickness have been deduced in the view of liquid dynamics. Measured by practical spin coating and experiment, the changing rule reflected by the theoretical results is coincide well with the measuring data.

Abstract:In the paper, some analysis is described with regard to the experiment results of the large capacity solid state image recorder in space application. To advance the reliability and integration level of the recorder system, we present the modified design of the DRAM controller based on ispLSI devices. We describe the procedure of the logic design based on ispLSI devices and ISP Synario System in detail. Furthermore, we present the emulation results of the controller through Personal Computer.

Abstract:Author measured refractive index of germanium developed by Beijing General Research Institute for Non ferrous Metals in the wavelength range of 5~10 6μm by meas of KGZ-Ⅱ Model Photoelectric refractometer with high accurancy and compared measured results with value calculated by the dispersion formula.Primary factor influenced measurement accurancy is analysed and the paper results with accurancy of ±3×10-4 are got.
Abstract:The effect of the reading errors and the angular misalignments of the probes on the accuracy for roundness measurement with three point method has been analyzed in detail in this paper.Based on the principle of three point method and error analysis theory,the error propagation equations of the reading errors and the angular misalignments of the probes in roundness measurement are derived.It is found that the root cause for the distortion of the roundness measured by three point method is the improper arrangement of the three probes' angular position which makes the reading errors over amplified at some harmonics of roundness.In order to improve the accuracy for roundness measurement by three point method,the angles between three probes must be optimized so that the effect of the reading errors and the angular misalignments on the accuracy for the measurements of all harmonics of roudness could be minimized.

Abstract:The paper introduces a device of testing luminous flux of vehicle lamp with integrating sphere and selenium cell as detector,and gives design thought of this system.The devices is controlled by microcopmuter,and its data acquisition,standard discriminant and priniting of the results are completed automtically.With relative error less than 5%, the international performance index of vehicle lamp is achieved. A good practical effect is showed when running a ideal test device in vehicle industry。
