Abstract:A new class sensors based on electron tunneling effect are used to detect position.The device has a compact mechanical structure and novel sensitivity that will not decreases with the scales,and can be easily operated.Accelerometers,infrared detectors,magnetometers,and tactile sensors have been designed,built and tested.These sensors provide extremely high sensitivity,high bandwidth and wide dynamic range,and allowed miniaturization and integration.This paper has described the electron tunneling sensors performance and discussed their future development.
Abstract:Several ion etching technology are introduced in this paper.They are plasma ion etching,reaction ion etching,ion milling,focusing ion etching.Further developing directionn for the technology is discussed.

Abstract:The fourier transformation is used to investigate the skin effects in the interaction of short laser pulses with dense plasmas by plasma dispersion function.With this method,the field amplitude in the plasma can be represented explicitly in terms of electric conductivity.The normal and anormalous skin effects can be described through one equation.The calculation results are in agreement with references for equivalent parameters.The calculation amount is greatly descreas and the physical meaning is very elear.The field amplitude is considerably enhanced due to the anomalous skin effect,even for constant collision frequency,for deeper positions inside a target,which have not been studied yet.

Abstract:We described the dual fluorescence of DMABN excited by two photon absorption.The experimental results are the same with the one photon absorption’s.That means from ground state to excited state isn't forbidden even consider the symmetrical selection rules.
Abstract:Glasses in the SiO2 R2O Al2O3 ZnO B2O3(R=Li、Na、K)system were prepared at 1320—1420℃.After UV photolithograph,the samples were treated at 400-560℃ for 2-5h.A UV lamp is used as light resource for photolithograph,the most intensive wavelength is at 2537.The effects of glass composition and photothermo sensitive components on the microcrystal property were studied.The volume effect was proved by measuring the density variation of the microcrystals.The microcrystal phase was characterized by x ray powder diffraction as Li2O·SiO2 and grain size as 23.8nm.
Abstract:The similarities and differences of the routine NN system identification and chaos speedup system identification of the optical dynamic system are disscussed in this paper. The performance of the two corresponding NN control techniques are compared and analyzed as well. The general design principle of the NN control of the optical dynamic system are presented in the end of this paper.
Abstract:This paper describes the application of a harmonic gear drive to the 3-axes measuring machine .By the use of some examples, how to select the structure of the transmission part of the machine is introduced and some factors to influence the transmission accuracy of the machine are also analyzed. Combined some actual structure ,the range of accuracy of the transmission part is calculated. At the last, some problems occurred in the actual situation are discussed.
Abstract:In ultrasonic vibration turning,present work finds such an outstanding phenomenon that the surface roughness of the workpieces is lower than that of the cutters used to machine,which is contrary to the traditional cutting theory.In this paper,the experiments and theoretical analyses are made about the occurring conditions and regularities of this phenomenon,which enriches the ultrasonic vibration cutting theory.
Abstract:In the paper an excimer laser lithography apparatus is described.This apparatus is applied in deep lithography for LIGA process successfully.The lithography experiment result shows us that excimer lasr deep lithography is very pratical to LIGA process.
Abstract:This paper presents a new, noncontact and dynamic method to measure micro torque. The measure instrument is designed on the base of the fundamental experiments. Using this instrument, the results of the torque and velocity characters of a micro-motor are obtained.
Abstract:Micromirrors with good spherical profiles can be made on the Si{100} surface by wet chemical etching in KOH:H2O solutions.The mirror diameters span the range from a few micrometers to several millimeters and the range of f/D's obtainable starts at about 2.5 and goes up to at least 10.Some experiment and microphotos on micromirrors array have given in the paper.A semiempirical model is developed to design the arrays.Finally some discussions on the spherical formation theory and the focal point images are given.

Abstract:The even material removal in the contacting area between the surfaces of polisher and the samples being finished is important for the surface contour of the samples after polishing. This paper analyzes the differences of material removal of different positions on the sample surfaces theoretically as a function of rotating ratio of sample holder and main spindle, eccentric distance and rotating velocity. The edge effect when part of the sample surfaces do not keep in contact with the polisher continuously is discussed. The simulation shows that even material removal can be achieved while the rotating ratio is 1, and every position of sample surfaces keep touching the polisher during polishing.
